    * March 2023 update! * Taking 25-30 mins to get your order here with terrible attitude from staff. Likely understaffed as well. GO TO McDonald's Bell Park Retail Park which is FAR better and more efficient. 10 Mins away. Really slow service from apparently bored and un-motivated staff. Lots of visible frustration from customers. Terrible quality food. Overall a terrible McDonald's with low standards.

    Cold order withered potatoes, thick and stupid attendant, there was no ice or asking! In this case, a company like this missing ice is the height of the absurd. Terrible deserved to close the doors or change the management! In short, don't buy there if you want to have a good experience

    This place is shocking.. Not only you have to wait 30 minutes plus for your food on top of that you end up with freezing cold food and a drink that taste like it was poured an hour ago. It just doesn’t make sense. I think you should stop accepting orders when you think you can’t cope and then carry on once you can control it again. If I wanted cold food I would of brought a sandwich.

    Terrible. Ordered food for collection. Waited outside for 20 minutes, knocked and stood by the cctv staff member saw and ignored. Only when a delivery driver arrived we were ‘greeted’ by an employee who didn’t even want to leave the back and was shouting through the glass telling us they were closed. She finally came out and stated that they were closed for maintenance and unfortunately they are not taking orders even though they were accepting orders through Deliveroo, Uber eats and the app. Terrible service. Update relevant platforms if you are not open.

    Like all McDonalds now. Not fast food but wait 20 mins at least and staff are about as Rude as rude can be because I asked how long my order would be. Scooter riders driving on pavement take priority not people with only a 30 min lunch break. Vile people with no people skills

    Unbelievably slow service. Waited 25 mins for something that was stone cold. Feel sorry for some of the staff that are really working to put together orders but seems to be absolutely no management taking the lead. They hide away so you can't speak to them. Great shame

    Service was extremely slow. My son has Autism and its hard to explain to him that he has to wait for his food. Once we got it the lady was nice to him but over all the service is far too slow

    Went into the penge high street branch in penge had to order at the till as needed a voucher scanned was totally ignored for at least 5 minutes then a member of staff asked if we wanted to pay we replied no we have a voucher which needs to be scanned to which she disappeared behind the counter and told another staff member we were left waiting another 10 so we left without ordering as we were walking out the original staff member called us back too late we had been totally ignored no excuses as the restaurant wasn't busy. Never going back to this branch in penge

    Worst service EVER! My daughter was waiting for 20 minutes for our order, I went to see what was happening and was ignored by all staff. Except a lovely lady who was taking orders to tables. She told the manager people were waiting to speak to him and he refused to come out! After another 10 minutes I saw the manager and asked where my food was as been waiting for half an hour he just smirked and walked off. Eventually my food came out. Got to the car and opened my egg and cheese muffin and a bit of bacon fell out!!! Unfortunately our previous visit here a couple of months ago was no better. Waited ages for our late night McFlurrys and the (same) manager eventually bought out the wrong flavours. I told him what we wanted, he changed them. They were wrong AGAIN! I gave up and took what we were given as the right flavours from the first order were melting by now! Absolutely awful place. Will never step foot in here again. Extremely poor management. There were four other people also waiting for take away orders who were being ignored.

    I recently visited the McDonald's at Penge and tried their McPlant burger, and I must say, I loved it! The restaurant was impressively quiet and clean, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, my only gripe was that the music was a bit too loud for my taste. Despite that, the delicious McPlant burger made it a great experience overall.

    Wattery drinks with no gas. For more than a year my wife and I order from this branch once per week. They used to be the best McDonald delivery we experienced but it's not been like that for at least a couple of months anymore. The drinks are always flat and with the ice melted. Feels like it was standing by the machine for at least an hour. Mistakes pretty much every single order. My wife orders plain sandwich for her and sometimes it comes without cheese or without beef. Lol. I have to order without bread for health reasons and the cheese is placed straitgh on the box insted on a paper what makes it stick like glue. Please, review your trainings and pay a proper salary for your staff.

    Very, very hit and miss. One day your entire order will be there no problem, and the next you'll be missing half of it or get someone else's order. Can't say I recommend if you want to make sure you actually get what you ordered.

    The reason why i gave them 4 stars there was a young lady who was very good i ordered large fillet. O fish meal i asked no salt on my fries i waited for 7 minutes and she came to me and apologised and said they are doing fresh fries because they've put salt on them i was very impressed i took the order from her and i give her 💯 % she was smiling

    I ordered food via uber eats. After more than an hour of waiting the delivery driver delivered my order to someone else in the building who of course had not problem to take it. Please teach your driver how to deliver orders correctly. No more this McDonald for me.

    It is almost as though this stores niche is purposefully getting orders wrong, incorrect and sometimes completely missing items from orders. The only reason I’ve been using this place this long is because it’s only good quality is that it is a 24hr site. Absolute shambles

    Always something missing from orders. Today I done another £40 order and it was my dad's birthday along with father days. Missing a fillet a fish and cheeseburger. Had to complain to just eat earlier this week due to food cold. Only order here because its the local one and I don't get how they get so much wrong.

    The most unwelcome McDonald’s in Bromley areas. The kitchen is behind the yellow wall so you can’t see how they are preparing the food. Stuff are absolutely disrespectful. If you want to order and pay by cash, you should wait more than 5min until someone come to the counter. Order machines paperless for receipts. I was waiting 25 minutes for a simple order which was happy meal, so I find out my order was ready for 20 minutes but nobody bring it to my table as I ask for table service. At least I asked for my lunch and I received cold sandwiches and happy meal !!! If you’re not able to provide a good service, why not closing the restaurant?! I really don’t know who’s this place manager but I really sorry for customer service they provided for everyone.

    One of if not THE worst mcdonalds in London, food is always cold or missing, dips/drinks not sent with products, items changes I.e removal of pickles or sauce not aheaded too, staff largely unhelpful and at certain times even to the point of rudeness. If you order I'd advise standing there and checking everything and I mean EVERYTHING.

    We ordered our food on the mcdonalds app and walked in to collect. We only had to wait a few minutes. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and it looks nicer, you cannot see the staff working anymore which I think is better for them. The atmosphere is not the best the past few times we have been but I partially think sometimes this is due to the customers being rude to staff. The food was warm, the mozzarella fries were perfection! I would buy from again
