    Mickey's classes are absolutely brilliant and she is great at motivating everyone. I've enjoyed her classes for years- including before, during and after pregnancy. I found she really knows her stuff with women's fitness. She's got a huge variety of classes, including online options, and at different times of the day, so there really is something for everyone!

    Great classes, the best bit is being able to exercise with your babies in tow. All her classes are family friendly especially the post natal ones, so if you need to tend to your baby's needs then it's a relaxed environment to do so. Mickey is also on hand to hold your baby if they get grumpy or need a cuddle (she's also a pro on giving bottles!!). Great way to meet new mummy friends.

    Mickey at Mwahfitness is amazing! I joined looking for a women's boxing class & now partipate in bootcamp & combo classes also. This is a community of fantastic women with a friendly environment. Mickey provides discipline, not rigidity. This is the most fun I have had exercising! She is also a PT.💪👍

    I've been doing a combination of Step, Boxing and Bootcamp with MwahFitness for the last two years and it's been fantastic! From pre to postnatal, it's one of few places I can work on myself whilst being able to bring my babies along. As toddlers, they're now taking part in classes, and it's a wonderful bonding experience. Totally recommend!

    Mickey is a great trainer. Her classes are challenging but inclusive and fun. I met her when I was pregnant when I attended to pre natal classes, then she massively help in my post natal journey. Now I am a regular in her classes. I would strongly recommend her, especially if you are pregnant or a new mum! But also if you just want to keep your fitness up!

    Mickey is brilliant! I had PT sessions during my pregnancy as really struggled to stay active and Mickey guided me with safe exercises in a fun supportive environment. She's so knowledgeable about women's health and fitness and her mummy and baby exercise classes are amazing. Wouldn't trust any other trainer with my pre or post natal fitness.

    I’ve done Mickey’s pre and post natal classes with both of my children and it helped me so much. The exercise was great for staying strong before and after birth, but the support from Mickey and the group of other mums is really special. When I had sickness all through my first pregnancy, I got so much support and then when babies arrive it’s great to meet other women going through the same sleepless nights and newborn questions. The babies also love the classes, but it’s so important to do something for your own physical and mental health as a new mum too.

    I started training with Mickey because I'd lost my focus on fitness & nutrition and wasn't happy with how I felt or looked. Now, I have a full exercise regime, supported by her online Wednesday and Friday HIT classes, I have muscle definition and feel confident. Mickey recently led a 3 week detox group with meal plans and recipe ideas to support us. It was such a challenge but wow - the results are amazing. I lost weight, inches, visceral fat and I broke several habits I thought I was stuck with for good. She's fun too! I highly recommend her.
