Such a beautiful studio and a real treat as before AFB opened I used to travel into central London for my yoga fix. Hannah has created a really lovely supportive space with an excellent variety of both teachers and styles of yoga including fab regular workshops and sound baths. They have adapted so well to the current situation and have a really great online offering.

Beautiful bespoke-feeling studio - every little detail is thought of. Also immaculately clean! Friendly vibe and a great selection of classes. The owner, Hannah is doing an amazing job with this studio - it's a great asset to the area and the yoga community.

A Fine Balance studio is literally amazing. Whether you’re a beginner or an active yogi it has classes and instructors for everything. The instructors are so incredibly kind and supportive and the community is so welcoming and friendly. I genuinely look forward to every single class I go to! I was a little scared to join at first because I was really new to yoga but I was immediately put at ease as soon as stepped foot though the doors. Absolutely incredible!

A tiny but gorgeous and friendly little studio in Upminster. I've just done the workshops here as it suits my diary best. They have all been welcoming, enjoyable and hugely restorative. I've done a restorative yoga, yin yoga and a gong bath all as 2-3 hr workshops. The teachers are all thoughtful and help you to disconnect from everyday thinking and focus on your self care and what you really want from your life. A lovely place!

I started in November at Fine Balance and without question the best decision Ive mad in relation to my physical and mental well being. I encourage anyone to join as classes are superb for both men and women. The variety of classes, times, teachers and styles of yoga and Pilates can’t be beaten. Some great packages too to suit everyone. Can’t recommend A Fine Balance highly enough.

A Fine Balance Yoga studio is a super friendly place to roll out your mat and get your body flowing. I've been a member since August 2018. There's a choice of teachers, times and classes, which is a great way to mix up your practice. With the online options also available I can fit a practice in every day. Hannah is always on hand to help and support and there's loads of offers and workshops in the AFB community to participate in. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

From the first time I walked in through the front door of A Fine Balance, I was met with friendly faces, and made to feel very welcome. All the teachers are lovely, and after every class I'm left feeling on top of the world. Not only are the classes good for the physical body, but they're so beneficial for the mind. They also have classes online , so you can practice at home which had been a godsend during lockdown. There are lots of different styles of yoga to choose from, with something for everyone. From beginner to advanced. If you've been thinking about joining and starting your yoga journey. I highly recommend A fine balance. I'm so grateful to be able to practice with them. Thank you 🕉️

Ive found the community and tutors at A Fine Balance really welcoming and very friendly. The tutors are really knowledgeable and always give different moves or positions depending on where your own body feels best. I join all the sessions on zoom which is great for me as I can complete the sessions comfortably in my own home. I really enjoying the Yin Yoga sessions, they work really well with my CFS and having Endo. They are slow and mostly mat work. I have found they really help with mindfulness and helping me control my pain levels. I would really recommend A Fine Balance studio.

I love this Yoga studio. A great variety of teachers and classes. Down to earth, friendly and all levels are made to feel welcome. I was suffering with depression when I joined so the studio has been a real saviour for me. Thank you 😊 💓

I've just joined A Fine Balance after using their £20 for 10 days offer. I tried every class and every teacher during the 10 days and can honestly say there wasn't a bad class or teacher among them all. There are lots of classes at different times of day and with different teachers and styles to suit everyone, and everyone has been very welcoming and friendly.

I literally love this place, it's such a fabulous yoga studio. I joined in April and I haven't looked back since. The yoga teachers are lovely, and there is a great variety of different classes on each day to choose from, each one offers something different. You can move at your own pace, it's a safe place to grow and find yourself and of course, meet other yogis.

Really love going to this yoga studio. I have tried a few classes here but most recently done a few months of pregnancy yoga with Shanel. Would highly recommend the studio. There are lots of classes to try. Studio is clean, well looked after and I really enjoyed the classes I tried.

I have really enjoyed attending AFB the last couple of months and experiencing the different classes they have to offer. They have all been great but I have especially enjoyed the Friday night yin class, you leave feeling wonderful.

On the weekend of a hen do for my best friend in a Cambridgeshire gorgeous venue, I wanted the Sunday to be a recovery day of some yoga and sound healing bowls. Caroline didn’t disappoint, at midday she came with a smile on her face, a lovely calm vibe and was happy to help us with our hangovers and offered us an amazing hangover cure drink! The session was comfortable and she read the room to make sure we could all handle the level of it. The sound healing bowls were new to me and it was a magical experience, one of our pregnant hens had the baby move around with one of the sounds, it was pretty special. I think Caroline was fantastic and everyone felt so great afterwards. Hannah at A fine balance was very accommodating and sorted out everything for the event, I was a bit manic sorted lots of hen do things, so I appreciated her calmness, professionalism and ease. I’d recommend Caroline and a fine balance to anyone, especially for a hen do recover day 🙂
