Avoid this salon if you don’t want to cry afterwards. the staff insulted me when I CAUGHT HER REDHANDED her cheating with the product during the keratin treatment. They would not hesitate to burn your hair and dilute a product just to save their stock. Il not sure if the staff steals the product from the salon or if the owner of the salon also has no integrity or shame. If you dare reach out to them to request them to make things right, they would gang up against you to bully you. Literally the staff got together and started insulting me when I went back with a genuine complaint. See photos of my hair just 1 night after a Botox treatment that costed 180£ I reached out to them very politely requesting to make things right and wrote them a complaint against the staff who insulted me when I CAUGHT her cheating with the product during the keratin treatment. Instead of an apology, they wrote me a long email further abusing me. I m sure this salon will soon go out of business if such incompetent people are running it. In the meantime, i would suggest AVOID this salon.

Would give a 0 if I could. Probably one of the worst experiences I had. I didn’t expect someone would ever yell at me at a salon. Really bad communication between staff they removed two of my nails and just left it like that because they didn’t have time. No apology and constantly just being rude. Would not recommend.

I came for a hair cut and the Brazilian blow dry. My hair looks so shiny and hydrated now. Sim is amazing, she is very nice and did a great job with my hair.

I visited Rush and Ry for a waxing service, and unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant and painful experience that left me with a burnt leg. I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others who may be considering their services. To begin, this was my second visit to the salon. However, my initial positive impression quickly faded when the service was half done. The staff applied the hot wax hastily from the roller and it opened on my thigh, resulting in the accidental spillage of the wax onto my leg. To my shock and dismay, I am left with a significant burn mark that was both painful and still is visually distressing. She did apologize at that moment, tried removing wax though my skin had already peeled off and provided some ice to apply. I went to the GP next day, since the burn was bleeding. When I called them up for help the next day, I was met with an indifferent and dismissive attitude. They merely offered a half-hearted apology without offering any form of compensation or medical attention. It was evident that they did not take the incident seriously, which further exacerbated my disappointment and frustration. I had to cancel my plans and manage everything alone from going to the hospital for dressing the wound and staying without taking a bath even. In addition to the physical pain and discomfort caused by the burn, I also experienced emotional distress. The salon's lack of empathy and accountability left me feeling disregarded as a customer, and it undermined any trust I had initially placed in their services. It is important for any reputable salon to prioritize the safety and well-being of their clients. Unfortunately, my experience at Rush and Ry demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and negligence. As a customer, I expected a level of expertise and care that was sorely lacking during my visit. Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Rush and Ry to anyone seeking a reliable and professional salon experience. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a valuable warning to others and encourages Rush and Ry to reevaluate their practices, ensuring incidents like mine do not happen to future customers.

Had a keratin treatment by Simran and it was incredible. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and very attentive. Would definitely recommend the salon and I will be back.

I made a previous review saying how lovely Jeet’s service is and she is lovely, service was good as she turned on the massage chair for me, asked me if I would like a drink and gave a great food massage. However, I’ve now arrived home and I can see that my hair (done by Pavi) was not cut properly. I had mid-length (just to the shoulder) hair and I wanted a straight bob above my shoulders (nothing difficult) however, it’s not cut straight or to the same length. I would have liked the back hair shorter as I can now see that the back hair is longer than the front hair. Although my left side hair is longer than the right side hair. When getting my pedicure done, I kindly asked Jeet to not cut anything as I like my toenails long. Now sitting in my living room, I notice that my toenail shape has changed on my right foot and there’s a dent in my big toenail. The haircut was done through Treatwell so it was discounted so I guess I get what I paid for. The pedicure was discounted as a kind gesture and I tipped £5 for the great massage. As lovely as Jeet was, I don’t think I’d return here.

Okay. So I have tried a lot of other salons in London but always got disappointed. But my visit to Rush&Ry was so perfect. Simran totally understood what kinda hair I wanted and gave me a perfect hair cut. She was very pleasant and did totally excellent work. I recommend this salon 100 percent.

I’m a returning client at Rush&Ry and have loved my experience with the chemical straightening treatment! The treatment lasted me over 6 months even with my dense, thick hair. Simran always does a great job!

Had an amazing colour correction by Anu! She’s such a perfectionist, wouldn’t let me leave until she and I were fully satisfied with the results. Will definitely be returning soon!

Had a deep tissue full body massage with Sim, she targeted my back and shoulders exactly as I needed and left me feeling very relaxed. I also had a shellac pedicure which was good too. Would recommend 😊

Cannot recommend highly enough the hot towel massage. Jeet is a great massage therapist who can adjust the pressure based on your preference. I wanted more pressure and she hit the perfect spot for me. Thanks alot

Went in for a gel removal and polish with a few weak and split nails to work around, thought I'd have to sacrifice the length but Sim was excellent and upgraded me to biab nails to keep the length while strengthening the nails to help prevent them splitting further. Professional and friendly service and love the outcome, will definitely return.

I received a full head bleach and tone with Sim. I am very pleased! Sim is super friendly and talked me through the whole process. Defo recommend! Happy with my hair ✨😌

Had a scalp bleach after another hairdresser completely messed my hair colour. I couldn't be happier. The hairdresser set the expectations from the start and the final result was even better than I expected. I highly recommend this salon. My hairdresser was the lovely Sim 😊

What a great team!, this is not the first time I come and I ALWAYS forget to review it! But today is the day... I've try everything in this salon from hair cuts, to massages, Botox, eyelash and brows and the results have always been 10/10… Jeet is amazing with her hands and have a beautiful touch for this kind of treatments. The girls are patient and professional and have a great eye for detail! PS: I'd love to remember every other girls name because they're all really good, so thank you!

One of the worst salon experiences I have had. The lady who did my hair was lovely but she was totally inexperienced and it was as though she was in a rush to get it over with and, pulled my hair, hurting my scalp, was really rough when dealing with my hair. I asked and paid for a full head of highlights and eneded up with half of the foils that should have been in my hair, the colour didn't even reach my roots and I was left with half my hair with brown patches. AWFUL! Then when it came to washing my hair, she didn't even wash my hair properly. Then when she was finished drying my hair, she asked me to giver he s 5 star review right there on the spot, as though I was going to actually review right there and then. Because the whole thing was rushed, I didn't even get a chance to look at my hair properly until I got home where my kids and partner said " did you get your hair done?". Do not waste your money in this place. It wasn't even cheap.

I had a deep tissue massage with Sim. She was so kind and caring in her manner and I can’t tell you how much better I feel as a result! My body feels 10 times lighter and more flexible! It was my first time ever doing it and i never let anyone touch my eyebrows but she was absolutely AMAZING with it and did exactly what I wished for.
