Public transport links are good but parking spaces are non existent as there is a loading bay outside the store , and around the locality all parking is permit only. There is a not a wide variety of food items to choose from, and the prices of most items are higher than in other supermarkets. There are not alot of staff around to provide assistance, and only a small number of self service tills

My local shop, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help the Elders do their shopping. Excellent selection of food particularly their bread. They have their own brand Sourdough bread with sundried tomatoes which tastes like bread should taste and not full of E numbers and other rubbish you can find in the other more well known brands. Their opening hours are brilliant even for late shoppers (11pm).

Some members of staff are not helpful at all 2 of them work on self service man with glacess and women short and never smile ,as well security guy very lazy and judge customer on their look ,not professionnel at all . All others members who works on rayons and shelves are polite and helpful .

Nice small convenient store! Nice and clean and well run store. A little small inside and seems to be limited in what products they have. It's good if you want to do a local shop but if your looking for bargains I would recommend you go to one of there bigger stores. Overall not bad and does what it says on the tin? 'Small convenient store'

Poorly trained staff, racist and sometimes I wonder if they aren't mentally disabled.

A good shop well positioned with everything you need and have self payments. Big minus: the fridges should be cleaned more often. The milk one was smelling disgusting, I was running outside not to vomit in the shop.

Great fresh, chilled produce and beers/ciders wines for such a small local Co-Op. Not so great for dry goods and household (just not enough space to have a wide selection). They even have a small hot snack and coffee counter.

Horrible please avoid this shop. I went there today to collect my parcel from DPD and I got in to this manager Asian 50+ I so already most of the bad reviews is about him. The machine didn’t work I asked him how can I get my parcel and when. He start screaming on me, very disrespectful talking to me I took my phone and I recorded him he will be around social media tomorrow. I don’t understand with all this reviews why they still keep him?! Hellooo one day someone will punch him in the shop and then you realise he is not normal he can’t disrespect everyone he needs to stop. You aren’t happy get retired let others with good energy and positivity to take the job I would never go to shop in a store like this with those cheap staff. I am happy to go Waitrose best service and very polite customer service. After work tired, going there and see everyone so helpful I am very pleased. Don’t look for some penny extra no one deserves to get treat like this with your money.

I approved replacement on uber eat but they didn’t send me the replacement item. How annoying!

They closed 8 minutes before closing time. Me and another customer were outside asking them why they are not opening the door and why they are closing so soon but they just told us to go and then ignored us.

I gave this branch 4 stars instead of the usual 5 stars only because there were hardly any vegetables left at around 4pm. I was doing some food shopping for a relative during the pre-Lock down of all pubs, restaurants and non-essential goods shops. There is a hot food section which had only the Cornish pasties left and which is nice as are all of the pastries and pasties in this hot food small heated counter-section. It has a large self service area so good for a quick shopping visit.

Co-op own brand food is way higher quality than the local competitors, sadly that quality comes to a cost. Good for daily food shopping, for singles.

E - Cargo bike delivery with co-op is outstanding! I'm so glad there is an alternative to Deliveroo. Keep up the great work.

Nice big store, great selection for a convenience store, friendly staff. One point lost due to too many customers neither social distancing nor wearing masks. Great Co-op, shame about some of the customers!

Very kind staff, clear communication and most helpful. A pleasant change from the recent experience at the co-op just up the road from this one. A welcome breath of fresh air!
