I bought the wrap and chips and it was delicious and prepared fast. Big respect to these kind hardworking lads, I want them to know there are people out here who appreciate them. Some saddos just love to complain, and bad people attract bad service. You really logging onto Google to bad mouth a CHICKEN SHOP? What are you doing? Thankfully, I don’t think most people give a toss to Google what people think of somewhere like Dixy. Seems to always be filled with customers ☺️

The food is actually nice but due to them increasing prices up by 200% since beginning of covid on everything I have stopped going. We are passed covid now. So the prices should come back down. No point going and spending more than £5 for 5 wings meal.

I wrote a review even with a picture uploaded showing human hair in the chicken and for some reason, some craftyness has happened and they have managed to get it removed. Avoid at all costs -

8 Nov: they have considerably improved. Their food is peng as ever. Wouldn't go there unless you really hungry. The staff is rude.

I ordered on UBER eats and specifically asked for specific pieces and the Tramp sent me the wrong pieces. NEVER AGAIN!

Was gonna give 3 stars for food and other staff but opened up my box of food and was fuming. Asked for re-fried wings as I like them crispy, had it done literally yesterday. Apparently they don't do it and it is not allowed, said the newish guys. Didn't even ask if I still wanted it as they can't re-fry but nothing. Speaking to one another (I could about understand) one guy says give the crispy ones and the guy serving just disregards that. Put the boxes direct into the plastic bag so you know they are gonna go soft and rip through. No paper in either of the boxes to stop the oil from seeping through. Two plonkers who need to understand basic customer service and procedures. Staff like that is what brings businesses down.

The man who takes the cash on the night time shift is disgustingly rude, I asked him to put gloves on when managing my food as he used he’s bare hands to push my fries in the box he threw my money back at me and told me to get out. Today I went back and when they were putting the chicken in the box the chicken fell on the dirty counter they picked it back up and put it in the box I asked him to replace my chicken he threw my money back at me and told me to get out. Is this the customer service DIXY ALLOW??

Worst food ever! Health & Safety needs to shut this down! Terrible Hygiene, food was tasteless, cold and inedible.

If you are reading this and considering what the food from here will be like, I'll save you the wonder, it's awful. Don't order from here. I tried a tex mex burger... It's £2.70 more than a regular filet burger on ubereats.. For 6 jalapeños and a slice of processed cheese. Chips portion is like a kids meal. Avoid.
