Never shop here the owner is so rude he even made hes own staff cry i told the staff to just quit i felt very sorry for her just because she lowerd it £496 to £490 like the guy was dying who told u to lower it i am boss ect ect i was like mate u know what im not dying for it bye than im trying to walk out he goes i can have it for £485 im like nah i dont like people like you. I would recommend not going here absolutely disgusting behaviour from owner

Brought myself a 2 layer necklace and a ring for my mum. Such great service from staff and left the shop with what I wanted.

Went in today with my husband to buy a ring and some simple earrings. Staff was all very kind and very helpful in assisting us, specially the lady who served us, think her name is Najreen.

sales people are helpless bcz the owner of the shop have over attitude urgh they have good collection but extremely high making then other shop … and they way face they make once customer bargain is like awful never going again

Recently we visited and Bappy and Aporna gave brilliant service This is our go to shop, both father and son (owners) are amazing and really look after their customers.
