A great experience with Daniel and the team. They were enthusiastic and lovely. The Da Vinci was tough but conquered by a a useful steam of light hints. The reception and toilet area would do with a little sprucing up. Great fun nonetheless

My daughter and her friends had a lovely time yesterday at Escape London. The moment they were out started planning when to go again 😃 Special thanks to the friendly staff, particularly Andy, our game master for making the experience exciting and fun! And look at the cute card with little drawings they did for my daughter’s birthday 🎉

I recently had the opportunity to tackle "The Cabin" escape room, and I must say, it was quite the adventure. The staff certainly added a special touch to the experience. Our game master, Daniel, was excellent. He struck a balance between guiding us with just the right hints, keeping us engaged and challenged. His enthusiasm for the game was infectious. The front desk team, including Alex, Reuben, and Rachel, were welcoming and organised, making the whole experience seamless. Overall, "The Cabin" offered a memorable escape room experience, and it was the staff's expertise and friendliness that elevated it. I highly recommend this escape room if you're in the mood for a great time and top-notch staff assistance.

Alex was really sweet and even though we were a bit bad at figuring things out, it was so much fun, very detailed, and overall a great experience. Alex was especially great, we needed her help a lot of the time, and she was always super sweet and nice to us. The escape room (Sector X) was really fun and interesting, we could tell a lot of thought went into the room and all the puzzles.

Fabulous, pitched fantastically for 12 year olds, the very supportive Daniel kept the girls’ attention & focus on the game when they needed it, the cabin theme was a bit scary but not too scary! A great birthday experience with the right number of friends. We all had a great time, thank you!

We had a blast at the escape room with its medieval theme. Andy was incredibly kind and friendly, even giving us some extra playtime. Most places wouldn't do that, but he made sure we had an amazing time. Can't wait to go back for another round of fun!❤️❤️❤️

Booked here for my daughter’s birthday, accidentally headed towards the wrong venue however the team were super helpful and accommodating. Rachel was the kindest, loveliest games master and really looked after the girls. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience…highly recommend

One of the best best escape rooms in London. Not very expensive, went as a group of 3 to play Overthrown. Really cool puzzles. Didn't quite complete it, Andy was a great games master, helped give us clues and even showed us the last two puzzles we needed to complete to finish. Loved every part of it. Already planning to play one of the other rooms.

Great experience! The escape room was very fun, the storyline was entertaining, the set was playfully realistic and staff was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was super nice and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We laughed and also got good scares! Excellent Fun! We’ll be back.

We had a great time in Sector X. Daniel and Rachel were great game masters, supporting our mission all the way through. With a team of two it was a bit challenging for us, but they gave us some extra time to finish our mission. The room is fully automated, with interesting puzzles and great design. Thank you, we will be coming back to try out your other rooms.

Elva and Andy were fantastic! Enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning to try the other rooms. A couple helpful bits of info: 1) If you’re going by car, there is parking on the side streets (RingGo), very accessible location. 2) You have to go down a flight of stairs from the entrance so bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

Amazing experience and so much fun! We played the Cabin today and I can say it’s been a super cool room! The puzzles are challenging and fun, the team, in our case Reuben and Holly, incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back for more ☺️

From get go the experience with Escape Room Shepherds Bush was brilliant. Smooth communication, prompt responses, friendly staff. Group of teens had a lovely birthday celebration solving the Cabin with timely help where needed. Rachel and Daniel were extremely engaging and made it a fun and memorable day. Also got a lovely handwritten birthday card which was so thoughtful:) Thank you for a wonderful time.

I had my daughters 10th birthday here and the kids had a blast! Games master was also in the room to give them a hand. Ruben and Daniel were great hosts. Great with the kids. Would definitely go back. Kids would not stop talking about how much fun they had!

Had a fantastic time for my sister's birthday! Elva was very welcoming. The hints that we asked for were just the right level of helpful to not give us too much of an advantage. All in all, great experience!

Sector-X Having done a good few escape rooms previously, this was definitely one of the better ones! Lots of diversity, super slick “techno” room. We took the room on with just two of us and managed to escape, but think we got lucky in one or two places otherwise it would have been tight! Creative room with no padlocks - refreshing change. Definitely worth a look.

I played The Cabin! Love the decoration and really well done. Creative puzzles. Reuben, Alex and Elva were amazing game masters, made me feel confident and helped with everything. <3

We had a wonderfully engaging experience - the room is beautifully designed with a set of really creative puzzles. Very refreshing to play a scenario that goes way beyond the commonly seen types of puzzles. We particularly liked that there were no logical gaps in the story and the puzzles all fitted the story. Alex gave us an excellent introduction, then stayed in the background when we were playing, but was there for us when we needed her - perfect. Definitely a highlight amongst the many escape rooms we have played, and highly recommended. Thanks!

my team and i played “the cabin” and “sector X” ,loved both rooms! production value, puzzles, scavenger hunting and storyline are all really great. absolute biggest shout out to our GM Alex who was outstanding! confirmed our thought processes, best vibes and gave us the best experience! thank you @Escape London- looking forward to head to your whitechapel rooms!
