I question the hygiene and standards of this pizza hut. The guys here are not conforming to any level of food safety or hygiene practices. I was observing their behaviour and dress code and handling of orders whilst I was waiting for my collection order. I certainly won't be coming back. Very questionable management and handling of food.

Ordered 10 large pizzas for pickup and it took maybe 10 or 15 minutes longer than expected to prepare but the guys were really good and gave us some free drinks to thank us for our patience. The pizzas themselves were great - no issues with what was ordered, toppings as expected and the mac'n'cheese pizza was a hit!

My Meatfeast Pizza was absolutely delicious and plus, the store had excellent customer service too, particularly Shivesh who served me. Making the process of ordering my food a delight, I’ll be sure to order from here again!

It didn't disappoint! The pizza's were delicious as always, the hot-honey life changing and the burrata...just immense! I love the use of authentic hearty italian ingredients as well as the italian drink selection to match. The staff are really friendly and always go the extra mile! Thanks for an excellent feed...we'll be back very soon

Went to collect my order paid online for lunch at work. Upon arrival got my food and thought this came with a dip for each pizza, turns out despite having a space for dips on the box, you have to pay £0.55p per pot what wasn’t the problem as I didn’t have my purse and only had change they do not except cash so can’t not even buy dip if I wanted too as it didn’t have a card payment. Pizza was really dry without sauce.

I went here today to make an order the order was immaculate, HOT and tasty and fast service. and the young gentleman who is the manager shvesh was very helpful and presented excellent customer service in which I will 100 percent return here .

Missing items. Delivery driver just said not her problem and call restaurant. Called restaurant.... very rude and unhelpful. Said wasnt going to get missing items and told to call just eat and sort it out with them!!!

I had a problem with my order, however I spoke to a smiley face Shivesh who provided a customer way beyond what he needed to. Strongly recommend ordering from here.

rude employees, with no respect for customers, mistreating the delivery drivers who collect them, a small, thin Indian man who works in the morning this Saturday, would have to be fired.

Its a busy time of year and i have to write this review so you guys know how amazing Shivesh was with dealing with me and my wifes new years order. 10/10 service and lovely guy. happy new year Shivesh!

Don’t ! Save your money and patience . It’s not worth it … disappointing every single damn time … the order arrived and it was wrong he said he picked up the wrong one and it’ll return … took the money and never came back !!!
