1. Order incorrect and delivery driver said, "nothing to do with me, I just deliver what they give me in the bag, call them", then called me 'brother' and expected a tip. Wow. 2. None of the pizzas delivered were italian base as requested 3. None of the pizzas delivered were cooked, they were soggy and slimy, even had toppings I didn't ask for and that aren't on your own menu - Veggie Sizzler does not have chopped tomatoes! 4. One cookie dough missing, the other was burnt black, when calling them they were reluctant to do anything about it until I insisted they take back the burnt one and replace it 5. No idea who they have working here but there are basic food safety standards clearly not being met. Makes sense now why the branch was closed down for a while and what the reasons might have been. Have taken the complaints up with Pizza Hut directly instead now. Thanks for a ruined evening.

The food here is not the greatest. Nachos was probably the only thing I sort of enjoyed from here. Didn’t take a pic of it because I waited 45 minutes for my food to be ready after I ordered it in store. There is only one person in the store and he serves the customer and makes the food at the back. Also, he didn’t take my colleagues order for 15 mins because the guy serving thought my colleague would eat my food too. He had to be told that my colleague wanted to order food too. Very poor customer service and food came late both the times I have been there. I would not recommend going there if you are hungry!

We love Pizza Hut and only recently we realised this is the one that was delivering for us. I'm not sure why the reviews here are so dismal, but for us we have been ordering from this branch unknowingly for over 2 years now and their pizzas have been fantastic. The options are varied and tasty, the deliveries have always been consistent and we haven't had to call them up to resolve problems so far over the course of 2 years. So I'd say we're very happy with the service of the branch. EDIT: We order from the website directly, we don't use justeat or ubereats, and I did remember one time we had a bad experience. The Pizza guy held the pizza side ways and so the toppings slid all to one side. We called up, complained and they sent the same pizza out again the same night for free! So their customer service is reasonable.

They take the piss. They lie. Call in for collection your food will not be there and you will have to wait another 20 minutes. Staff is rude. Do not give correct items as no sauce was given. The two men in there cannot handle that job it is not serious to them. I am not even sure if my food is cooked correct.

My go to Pizza Hut for delivery, tasty fresh food every time. Always great service and got me coming back for more. Thank you for your great service and your kind gestures. I cannot wait for my next order.

Absolutely terrible service. This burnt pizza is small it is not the medium pizza it is very small and not good value for money at all. Don’t bother ordering from this Pizza Hut, they also hardly answer their phone, their service is just as bad as the food.

called for collection, was told 10 mins until it was ready. arrived 15 mins after the call and the pizza was still not done i had to wait a further 15 mins. then i drove home with the pizza only to realise it was ridiculously uncooked & oily. the toppings were slipping and sliding off the top it was so soggy.

Really good customer service! Had issues with delivery and after calling them it all got sorted and a new pizza was sent out.

I ordered a pizza for a very hungry child. The delivery guy called and asked for more details in a very angry voice and as soon as I gave the detail he hung up on me! In my receipt the address was complete. So he arrived and showed me his delivery note and I said look on my receipt it’s correct. It’s the fault of Pizza hutt, not me but he got angrier and refused to gove me the pizza I had already paid for. Just imagine! I said fine, just give me the pizza. My child is hungry but he completely refused and left! Unbelievable! I called the branch and the manager arranged for another delivery but no one needs to go through this for a pizza!

Literally cannot get a simple order right, and for a ridiculous price as well. Shame as Pizza Hut used to be really good 10 or so years ago but they're probably the worst pizza chain out there. Won't be ordering off them ever again.

Send 1 pizza instead of 2. Took a picture of driver delivery before accepting the delivery. Then called to see if we can sort it out. Turns out these ppl don’t care about sorting things out. All the ladybirds the phone was interested in was to not take responsibility and get me off the phone. Last time me and my family ordering Pizza Hut all together.

The Pizzas & Sides ordered were good. We enjoyed it on a new Year Eve. Thanks
