I could not be more utterly thrilled with Richard and team's incredible transformation of an old ruby ring that I ran over and destroyed! I had some jumbled ideas of what I wanted and they managed to understand my vision and improve on it hugely. Richard sourced a vintage brooch from the USA and transformed it into my dream using my ring remains and bits of other jewellery. He also suggested the chain that I thought I wouldn't like but he is spectacularly spot on - his advice is always to be listened to! From the start, he was so enthusiastic and kept me up to date with time lines and costs. Over the years, he and his team have beautifully transformed a number of my old pieces and brought them up to date. Honestly could not recommend W&W any higher.

Without a shadow of doubt one of the easiest and most fascinating experiences during the run up to the wedding. The whole process was exceptional and in a very timely manner, the most difficult thing was to try and not let my girlfriend know that a ring was being designed! Simon really was incredibly thorough and allowed me to come to my own choices, with a small amount of shaping. The bespoke design process was great. Given the experience and customer service provided, getting the wedding rings and also a bracelet made at a later date was the right thing to do. He was able to allow me to have my input whilst giving advice and sharing from previous rings they had created. Simon provided various diamonds to chose from and build the ring around and was very knowledgeable about each. We spoke about budget and how different designs would affect the overall cost which was very flexible and open.
