I
have
lived
in
UK
for
20+
years
and
I
have
to
honestly
say
that
Brazil
Café
on
Battersea
Road
is
by
far
the
most
authentic
food
I’ve
eaten
outside
of
Brazil!
I
had
a
‘pastel
de
palmito
’
(
palm
heart
parcel
),which
is
exactly
the
same
taste
and
consistency
of
a
‘
pastel
de
feira’
(
open
markets
all
over
Brazil
sell
them)
as
I
remember
eating
during
my
childhood
in
Brazil.
My
husband
had
a
chicken
Milanese
accompanied
by
rice,
black
beans,
side
salad
and
the
famous
‘farofa
‘
(toasted
cassava
flour
),
which
is
typically
spread
over
your
rice
and
black
beans.
We
had
an
Antarctica
beer
and
finished
off
with
a
deliciously
made
coffee.
The
prices
are
fair
and
portions
generous.
The
menu
has
a
variety
of
breakfast,
lunch
and
dinner
options.
They
stay
open
late,
(9pm)
on
a
Friday
and
a
Saturday.
The
staff
are
very
friendly
and
the
restaurant,
although
small,
is
packed
full
of
Brazilians
as
well
as
British.
A
brilliant
atmosphere
and
well
worth
a
visit!
