It’s a nice idea and could be a hidden gem in Fulham/Chelsea - but it’s not as clean or well maintained as it should be. It is very cluttered and is about the level of cleanliness you’d get in a busy public swimming baths. I wanted to hire a private session at a small pool as I thought it would be much cleaner, which is paramount under the current climate. There was dirt and hair floating in the water. The edges of the pool area/steps and surround had mould and we’re in need of repair. It felt like it needed ventilating and I just generally didn’t not feel like it was worth paying £70 for. I think if they refurbished it, cleaned it thoroughly and installed a new enhanced cleaning regime in between guests - it could work really well. I’d be happy to pay more, for a cleaner experience. I could just about cope for an hour letting my toddler bob about - but if I’d have turned up with a younger infant or baby… I would have turned straight back around. On a positive note - the housekeeper who let us in was absolutely lovely - this review shouldn’t reflect on her in any way. The pool and pool area is very tired and cluttered and can’t be easy for her to maintain.

Very quaint but professional place. My six month old son’s teacher is Jordana and she is excellent. She explains the theory as well as how to carefully practice it to ensure the baby is not scared of the water. One month in and he is swimming under water without any complaints !

Hired today for 90 minutes with my mum, Eldest daughter, grandaughter and my 2 younger children 15 & 11 years. Lovely pool, changing cubicles, shower, toilets, travel cot, baby changing station and seating all catered for. We all had an amazing time. Struggled getting down the very steep stairs with a pensioner & carrying a newborn baby, but overall a great time and well worth the money. We will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely fantastic! The private hydropool party for my daughter's 10th birthday was a dream come true. The atmosphere was lively, the pool was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The kids had a blast, and the entire experience was seamless. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!!!

My kids learnt to swim here. Wonderful instructors and service is super flexible. Would highly recommend.

Came here to start the day for my baby’s 3rd baby…Omg she loved it so much and I love how clean,neat and beautiful everything was..Definitely my new place to come every now and then..Thank you so much Darya.. My baby started off her birthday with lots of fun♥️ Definitely coming back!

Lovely pool. Kids had a great time. Great service, friendly and pleasant people to deal with. Great idea for family trip. Will definitely be back. (As it was 6c outside the room should have been heated before we come, but we upped the thermostat and it was fine).

We really enjoyed our visit to Chelsea swim spa for private hire. Was a very pleasant visit for all the family, warm pool, jacuzzi and we could also listen to our own music. Great activity for half term or after school. We will be back some time soon.
