😠 This place was terrible. I read the reviews after I sat down and I should of read them before. I ordered a muffin since they required food with the drink and then while I was waiting on the patio I would hear the owner yell « she only ordered a muffin!?! » …. How can someone even think that is okay?... People often mention coffee,

This place was terrible. I read the reviews after I sat down and I should of read them before. I ordered a muffin since they required food with the drink and then while I was waiting on the patio I would hear the owner yell « she only ordered a muffin!?! » …. How can someone even think that is okay? The muffin also sucked by the way it was all dry and hard in the middle I couldn’t even eat it… honestly just so rude I am in shock and went on another patio afterwards just to fix my mood. Terrible. The smoothie was also tiny and such a rip off- not even yummy. I would give this place -1 star if I could.

Pretty underwhelming in general. Everything is what it says it is and no more. Unseasoned sliced beef on bag bread. Boiled potatoe with bacon and cheese. Crepe was not bad. Service was fine. Can't really recommend.

DISGUSTING SERVICE- INCREDIBLY RUDE WAITRESS. Lots of tables free so I sit down and order a coffee from a waitress who takes my order. A quarter of an hour later another older waitress comes out and asks me what I want to order. I tell her I ordered a coffee some time ago with her colleague. She very rudely tells me now there are less tables free I can’t just have a coffee and I have to order more. Even though a man on the table next to me is just having a cup of tea. No apology for keeping me waiting, no acknowledgement that her colleague took my order 15 mins ago without saying it was a problem, no sense of customer service at all. Just extremely rude and aggressive. I said are you not even going to apologise and she just said something arrogant to me and walked off. Absolutely disgusting customer service will never go back- you have been warned.

Cosy cafe with superb salty crepes and a nice outside seating area. Good prices and friendly staff. A nice place to enjoy coffee and beverages during a visit to Primrose Hill.

Was a very small and cozy cafe! Staff was lovely, service was a bit slow, but the scones were tasty. All in all, a wonderful experience.

I feel the reviews for this place are quite unfair. Maybe it was different before. I’ve been coming occasionally for a few of months and I love it. The service is always kind and attentive; The outside sitting is very charming and quiet enough to sit and read a book while you get a pretty decent coffee and honestly the best crepe I had in London so far.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here the Sunday before last. We opted to dine in thinking it would be quick. Somewhere ten orders placed behind ours for takeaway were ready before ours. The crapes themselves were mediocre at best. There are must better crapes up in Hampstead. Staff seemed friendly and familiar with locals in the neighborhood, but service was still just painfully slow.

Stopped by for a quick coffee, end up having citron presse and a croissant. Super polite staff and very welcoming. I’ll definitely come back when in the are for sure. Cannot praise it enough.
