I had a pregnancy massage with Claudia on Saturday and it was AMAZING. The most comfortable and relaxed I’ve left in months (so much so I fell asleep!) she knew exactly what she was doing and kept asking me how was pressure was which I appreciated. Will definitely be back next month.

Had a fab pregnancy massage yesterday with Claudia. Pressure was perfect and she really looked after me and my 30 week bump. She is so lovely and I came out feeling great and totally relaxed. Will definitely be booking in again before the birth and would thoroughly recommend.

I had an assessment and treatment (Physio, deep tissue massage) with Mehdi today having been in sat with poor posture for way too long and back in pain. Firstly Mehdi has a wonderful manner about him, very gentle and caring and considerate. Across the 75 minutes he consulted, tested strength and mobility, and set some exercise goals up, followed by a deep tissue back massage. I have to say, he touched parts of my back I didn’t know even hurt until he located it… Again I have to comment on his consideration, asking you to grade the pain level 1-10 so he knew what pressure to apply and he will ask before he starts if there is a preference to massage depth too. I walked in and had limited mobility in my arms and legs as they were tight and left light headed feeling like I had a full body workout! I’ve already booked for next session, so of course he comes highly recommended. 6th Jan ‘24 2nd visit today to Mehdi, seriously this gentleman has magic fingers, I kid you not 😁So not even a trip to A&E (insisted by 111) got to root of my health but after a deep tissue massage, Mehdi seems to have released trapped nerves in my neck and left me pretty much pain free after 5 days suffering. Truly I cannot recommend Mehdi and Tobi at the clinic highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage at Renuvenate in Bromley, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

From my first Cryotherapy session, the team have been most welcoming; doing their utmost best to make me feel comfortable with their affable nature, generosity and professionalism.
