This place is unclean. I first made an appointment via Treatwell, the owner farahzan called me immediately asking to cancel my appointment and book directly with her, because she didn’t want to pay commission to the company. As soon as I stepped in she asked me to pay in cash. I said I can’t, I’ll pay card as discussed. She tried charging me card fees, i said no, as I’m not using AMEX. She rushed me to pay and then told me I kept her waiting because I was 5 mins late. Then rushed me to pick a colour all the bottles were dirty and sticky. And, there wasn’t many options. She then started testing the colours on my nail without asking, I had to ask her to stop. The ‘clinic’ is unclean and unhygienic. The owner then ran out. However the lady that treated me was trying her best with outdated and unclean equipment. She asked me to put my feet into the dryer, it was so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable. She washed it and it was back to white. FROM BROWN!! This was an unpleasant experience from the moment I stepped in. I started to read the reviews while I was being treated, I was in shock. The nail polish is old and smells really bad. There is a site to report establishments like this. It’s safety in beauty, at least they can help with bringing the hygiene standards. And they boiled water in a kettle to put into an unclean metal tin for my pedicure. That’s when I wanted to run! But I had already paid and I had no shoes 😫 I saw the limescale. Dear Farah, please don’t call this ‘fake news’ Just own it and clean your place up, women have it hard enough, we’d like to relax when we do our nails, not worry about catching an infection during treatments.

I made an appointment for lash extensions and had the worst experience and it was done in most unprofessional way. I couldn’t stop crying for hours after the treatment as my eyes were irritated so much. Lashed were glued to my actual eyelid , so out of place and also glued together with the lower lashes. I could not open my eyes. She had to cut my Lashes off with scissors . I had to go straight to the pharmacy to get eye drops . When I tried speaking to the lady and ask for compensation she was not very helpful knowing i was flying out that day and will not be able to do much about it. . Waste of time and money. Don't even think about it.

I had a Hollywood wax last week from Farah and it was horrific! When I arrived she was on the phone, I waited around 20 mins and then rushed me into the room as she had another customer coming. She stayed on the phone during the wax and was really unprofessional rushing me through layering on wax all over and not talking me through anything. She didn't wear gloves, I'm unsure if the wax was clean as it was already standing in the pot and just an all round disgusting service. The salon is also really unclean. I've been in agony since, she has burned my skin and left me bruised.

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolutely everyone stay away from this place!! I booked a voucher for my sister to got have a treatment of a facial and massage they didn’t want to give the massage even though the voucher clearly says! She booked an appointment for 3pm got there and the shop was shut! She rang and they said to wait someone is coming, my sister was standing in the rain they told her to go wait in a coffee shop!! It got to 3:10 and still no one there so she left! They rang her shouting down the phone says in she needs to come back and saying it’s none of her business why the shop was shut! It should be open and ready if someone has an appointment! Shocking behaviour

Walked out the salon crying. Was told it would originally cost £49. Ended up having to make a dodgy eft payment of £120. Would highly advise against. Rather pay a reputable salon because you end up being bamboozled for extra cash

My boyfriend and I had our first deep tissue massage and it was a great experience. We felt relaxed after the massage. Definitely recommended!

Farah was an absolute darling. So nice and helpful. We wanted ladies only for privacy and she acomodated for us with no problem. My daughter got her hair done here for the first time today and she did an excellent job. I will be coming back for my haircut and colour next week!
