Good library with access to phones for council issues. Lift up to the library and hold some good free course in various subjects

It's more of a library and study place than a gallery, children's books on the ground floor and main library on the first floor, also has a cafe on the ground floor. There is a lift. The barking bath house in the first floor at the back is a great place for different types of massage, aromatherapy and meditation - I have tried it and it was amazing.

The food was good and there's a lot of choice,but the staff are not able to work quick enough.
