    Once again I come here to complain about this company from the DIR FURNITURE salon group, if you are a beauty salon owner, avoid buying any furniture, as it is a company that does not deliver your purchase, I have been waiting for my refund for three years and to this day I have not They refunded your money and if you cancel due to years of waiting and headache, they will not refund your money. Avoid this company! From the Dir furniture group of furniture, for the lounge, because on 06/28/2021 I made a purchase of a sink and chairs, and the delivery was not made, they did not return my money or deliver the chairs, and it has been three years and not even a chair no money, they are terrible people at answering the phone and rude, they hang up on you all the time, please, if you don't want a big problem and headache or even losing your money, and a terrible group of companies, all stores in all countries. And in Berminha and where I had problems. avoid this company, have you ever thought about making a purchase plan for your business and not delivering the furniture and not returning your money! and they still don't have good service, this is theft, they are selling furniture on the website but they don't deliver it, they are stealing your money on the website.

    I am so sad and down because I ordered from DIR new furniture for my new shop and I received damaged units rusted mirrors and the sinks are very bad quality and when I asked them to change it to me they ignored me and they were very aggressive , they make me sick and now after 3 months my shop still closed because of the damage furniture I called them thousands times and I sent many email’s but no answer I still in shock I am now in very big trouble because of DIR company please see the pictures below and be aware of this company Emad Hirmiz

    Omar the salesman was really good but everything and everyone else at DIR are appalling to deal with, especially dispatch at Birmingham!!! Had damaged salon chairs sent, had to go back, replacements sent, with wrong bases, had to get these changed. The barber chair came wrong colour had to go back and then be changed yet again, tried getting information from dispatch in Birmingham who won’t speak with us as they say it should be London, but they send the goods out!!, and when you complain they accuse you of being rude, they need some training in customer service. In total it has taken 3 months to get the correct and undamaged goods, and wasted 5 days holiday waiting in for deliveries and then the numerous collections !!! Absolute joke of a company, if you can get your goods from someone else do yourself a favour and do that 🤬🤬

    Terrible company - never received the styling chair I ordered . Ive contacted the fraud department at my bank as I’m fairly convinced after the treatment and fobbing off I’ve received over the last 13 weeks that I will never get a refund . This company is an absolute sham!!!! Ignore the one star I had to put a star or it wouldn’t accept my review . I’m a small business owner and I can’t afford to lose money like this

    ACTUALLY ZERO STAR GIVEN In 22/05/23 purchased a chair over the phone which I was told was in stock and if I paid over the phone it would be cheaper and I was told I would not have to pay VAT that way. Read so many great reviews so trusted this company. No communication received and 8 weeks later I rang to chase order. Told chair was not in stock and unsure when it would be. Offered another chair and I declined. The other chair was rushed to me and I refused delivery as it was not the product I ordered. After numerous calls - being yelled at by DIR, told I would be called back in 30 minutes and never phoned back - I realised I was being scammed and would never receive the chair I purchased. And now sadly, it seems DIR has no intentions of giving my money back either. I have requested a refund formally on several occasions via email and WhatsApp with no refund as per the terms and conditions on their website. Now having to hope my bank can help me recover the lost money. Update 31/8/2023 Alex from DIR phoned my work as he read my review and was surprised to learn of the ordeal I had went through. He was apologetic and seemed sincerely concerned. He offered me a refund and asked that I take down the zero star review. As a business owner myself, I understood why he asked but also understood that reviews like mine can be a learning experience and a chance for a company to acknowledge the failed and show how well they can respond in a time of crisis. Alex promised a refund within 48 hours and I can confirm it happened in less than 24. I wish I would have been dealing with Alex from day 1 and could have had a better experience. Thank you Alex for keeping your word and providing my refund so quickly.

    Had a great day today touring the furniture store at DIR SALON Furniture in London. Very pleased with the selection, stock level, and courtesy. If you need salon furnishings or just some advise, I highly recommend! Can't wait for my new basins to come, thanks Mike!

    Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Avoiding giving any lead times 6 weeks after promised date ( which was 5 weeks anyway) No apologies , no explanation. I got put the phone down on when I asked for a refund ! Do not order unless you want to deal with incompetent staff , have no idea when your furniture is arriving!

    Untill you don’t pay everything is fine as soon you give them the money they will disappear! If I could put 0 star that would be the review! I pay the 27 of September and since then none one reply to them!! If none will contact me soon I already write to my lawyer for open a procedure against them!

    Absolutely diabolical service, do not use. Placed order paid over the top delivery fee’s. Still no delivery three weeks later when order stated delivery date. Tried to contact 3 times NO REPLY. Charge back pending.
