The ordering was so so simple and easy to do and within a few days my order had arrived in the most beautiful packaging. Was such a joy to open it and the necklace didn’t disappoint. Absolutely stunning. I put it on straight away and I won’t be taking it off. Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Gemz by emz has by far the best customer service I have ever received! She has gone above and beyond to create a Xmas present last minute! I ordered the same necklace from a reputable well rated company but it came and I was so unhappy with it! I emailed gemz by emz later than what I would deem acceptable and she has given me the most amazing present I can gift at Xmas! The packaging the detail she has created on this is by far better than I have received in the past for similar presents! Couldn’t give a 10 star but If I could I would!
