Lovely property's for renting but alot of these property's across the Smithfields square are suffering with water leak problems. Some are worse then other Most Common problem seems to be the silicone seal on the bath peels so when you shower it go's under the bath , under the bath has been sealed with a waterproof tanking so once this fills up it leaks out Common places will be the tile grout line or around the toilet area, also check halway floor for swelling and door frame /architraves Also few problems with the toilets the factory repairs on the ceramic has failed and starts to leak . My guess is factory repaired

A new Sainsbury's that is situated below a modern block of flats. It is a good size and it was easy to find everything I needed. Depending on what direction you are travelling from (I turned right into the carpark), there was no sign from the road that indicates the supermarket is there. The postcode displayed on the website (N8 7SA) takes you to Cross Lane, the turning on the right before Smithfield Square.

Sainsbury's Supermarket at that location has great products. The staff are friendly. However, from my experience O² IP Network doesn't transmit once you are inside the store leaving you vulnerable. Your Smartphone is rendered useless.

Not bad. Shoppers mostly well-behaved. Nice having a Sainsbury's five minutes walk from home.

I live close by so I can't comment on the apartments, but the area is really well designed and it houses a large Sainsbury's, Argos, and really cute and homey restaurants around the corner. Definitely visit Tomo if you're close by. The best pizza in the area!
