It’s been two weeks with a strong tingling pain in my arm and muscular contraction around neck/back. This situation disable me to work. The contact with the clinic has been frustrating. They saw me the same day I called, but I was just told to rest and prescribed me medication to mitigate the symptoms, called again a week after and I was given stronger medication and the same answer. I insisted in finding the cause of the problem and I was referred to an x-ray, that doesn’t help identifying the cause of a muscular problem. I did self refer myself for physio that who knows when they will call me and they don’t care at all about the cause or whether I get better. This morning I called. They had the results from the test, but didn’t follow up or contacted me. The symptoms are still the same, but the receptionist told me everything was good. I don’t want the receptionist to make considerations around any medical test without having appropriate training. Specially when it has been two weeks and the situation hasn’t changed. They just try to push people away with medication and no support. Who cares if the patient has to be in bed for 2,3 or forever weeks without understanding the cause of their symptoms. Update: I went a third time to the GP, the doctor in this occasion was more communicative and helpful. She explained to me the protocols for my situation, it doesn't solve the issue, but at least I know where I stand and what to expect. 4 weeks after this pain started, I've seen their TA physio. Very unhappy with the experience. She has done a diagnosis without any extra test, when I asked for it she said she was very certain about it. Not sure how she can be so sure when she ignored some of the pain points and my background history. No treatment plan apart from a couple of exercises and a recommendation to go to a private physio. No help getting a referal to a physio, no test to see how severe the problem is and when I asked if I should book again in few weeks, of course no need, no follow up at all. The two starts are for the option of emergency appointments on the day (only if you call at 9:00am) and the second doctor I saw. She communicated well and had emphaty.

I am comparing this to my past two GP surgeries and have been shocked at how bad it has been. I’ve only had bad experiences. Difficult to get appointments but also having no online option to book seems mad. Reception has seems quite unsure of what they should be doing. I am often chasing them for results or prescriptions. Almost every time I have called, they said they’d get back and never do. You have to relentlessly chase. I order prescriptions online but then need to call anyway to chase and see if anyone has processed/approved. For things that need obvious physical appointments (injections, sight issues), I’ve had to do multiple rounds of online appointments of which they often forget to call and then you need to chase them. I took me about 6 weeks to sort one injections out. I also had a rude interaction with a doctor where he made me do tests that I told him, I’d done previously and would be pointless. He spoke to me in a way that suggested I was an absolute idiot. It’s put me off going back for any issues that’s come up.

I had a visit with Miss Yaren Kumas, she was very nice, helped me understand exactly the problem and offered me solutions. She listened to all of my concerns and explained to me all of my opinion. Overall a great experience.

Terrible. What is it going to take for these people to refer me to a dermatologist for the treatment I need. They simply do not want to do it. Recently had my third appointment for same problem via telephone and was told to come down 1:20pm on saturday, it wasn't even open. Save yourself the hassle and go private if you can afford it, because the Doctors here simply do not care, they just want you out the door as soon as possible. Would have given zero stars if I could.

Have been registered for over a year now and so far the experience is positive. Doctors, such as Dr Patel and others, are knowledgeable and helped with most of the enquiries. I like that you can get a same day appointment if you call at 9am in the morning. Would be a great advantage if they'd offer online services too. The receptionists 9/10 times are polite and helpful, but now and then you get someone a bit more agitated. Recently I was sent home because I was late to my child's appointment 10mins, and doctor was 'running late so couldn't see me', which was quite disappointing, especially when I'm with my baby and there were times I had to wait 30min - 1hour to be seen. Mostly the wait is minimum, and you get called in within 5minutes. The premises and rooms need a touch up, doesn't feel 100% sanitary. Overall, good experience.

Phone appointment, we had trouble hearing each other. I was mainly concerned about consistently high blood sugar and asked for a HbA1C test, but I also mentioned irregular periods. She only responded about the periods and not about the blood sugar at all, which was the main concern.

Great GP! If you call up at 9am you can get to see a doctor same day if it’s urgent. Reception staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Everyone is polite. Dr. Patel and Dr. Galina are both really pragmatic, smart and kind.

Dr Sakir Ahmed is great - he actually listens to the patient which is very important. Very good first visit experience following change of surgery. Lovely reception staff too.
