Unbelievable customer service sent a vegetarian pizza with ham on it. And we asked for them to rectify the problem but they to blocked our number and ignored our calls

Best pizza in Battersea! I go here once a month on average, and never failed me once in the past three years or so. Don't use silly gimmicks like Deliveroo, but old fashioned legs instead. You won't regret.

I ordered a pizza from this place on Deliveroo and it never arrived. When i called them they were rude, patronising and dismissive, they even put the phone down on me on one attempt to sort the situation. After great persistence calling back I ended up getting the manger and demanded a refund, which he said he would honour, but never did. Not only was I lied to by the manager, but even worse, they stole from me which makes them criminals. Don't ever order from this place they are a bunch of scammers.

They completely disregarded my allergy and gave me a pizza with the thing I am ALLERGIC to. Ordered from here using Uber eats. I called before hand to check that they would be able to remove the tomato base which I am allergic to and add a vegan cheese base. On my notes to the kitchen, I stated this. I called them after ordering to double check AGAIN that they saw my correction. I got the pizza delivered, and not only did they give me a pizza with a tomato base, they gave me pieces of tomato and a bunch of other ingredients that I did not order. When I called them up, they claimed it was MY fault and that I had ordered the wrong thing. AVOID!

Absolute disaster. Estimated time was 20 minutes. Order took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Located only 10 minutes away, every-time I called they said it was on its way but never gave an accurate update and was rude over the phone. When the prosciutto pizza arrived, it did not have any prosciutto.. absolute disgrace.. avoid at all costs

Scam, they are just marketing on uber eats buy one get free one pizza.. and they are delivered one. when i called them and asked about this, they said going to send another pizza as soon as . but they didn’t send pizza.. even though they didn’t pickup phone call. They should go to the jail. And also i ordered wings from them.. Be honest i had the worst wings in my life. They should be banned for this reasons .

I walked in and it seems as if my presence and desire to buy something was an inconvenience to him. Waited for my pizza and saw a mouse scurry out the door. Awesome.

Ordered online as the shop stated it was open!! 1hr 20mins late I drove there it was closed but still took and acpeted my order!!! 😤
