Nicolas is just such a fantastic host and teacher! He kept us all interested and doing as we were told and I also really enjoyed the relaxed conversation we all had too. What a great way to celebrate my 60th birthday. My friends and family have become inspired and have continued experimenting with mixing, muddling and blending to perfect their cocktails! A wonderful added extra was to have Jon Nickoll play the piano and sing anything we requested. I loved dancing around my kitchen! Nico's ability to run a short course in a fun and interactive way, whilst going into some detail about how to heat up and make specific ingredients at the same was just great - all with a great dash of patience. The choice of cocktails was spot on and innovative and his personal style and personability just made the event perfect. All online too!
