I was a bit nervous as it was my first time but Shaniece was so friendly and reassuring throughout that it really put me at ease. We had a consultation beforehand and she talked me through and showed me everything that she would use in the procedure. I immediately felt that I could trust her. Then on the day, she was so chilled and lovely that I instantly felt relaxed and like I was with a friend. I saw Shaniece today for the first time to get my lips dissolved. Her salon is gorgeous and she is so friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous but she instantly put me at ease, and informed me of everything that would be happening during the appointment. I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks to get my lips re filled and start my lip journey with her.
