Based within 'Waitrose & Partners Canary Wharf'. This 'Sushi Daily' isn't as good as some of the others, this is due to the service provided, a few of the staff aren't as friendly nor willing to help with certain things, not sure why this is, location? The food is a different story, it's the same standard as the others, good. Getting here is simple enough if you already know the way to Waitrose & Partners Canary Wharf but if not, Canary Wharf via DLR/Jubilee or Canada Square North (Stop H)/Canada Square South (Stop J) for buses.

I made a very last minute request when closing for sushi without avocado (allergy). They were able to accommodate and Mashgul mih was super helpful.

This is a counter inside Waitrose Canary Wharf. It’s okay but the products are very badly put together. There is an art and a pride to sushi, rolls, nigiri, et cetera. Unfortunately this branch of sushi daily prepares the food quite badly (rolls falling apart, incomplete sushi rice bases…). I visited today.

The most decent takeaway sushi you can get in the area. It is a good healthy lunch option, or dinner for those days you cannot be bothered to cook. Most of the time, they do get the texture of the rice right (unlike Wasabi and Itsu!) and it is well seasoned with sushi rice vinegar. The salmon sashimi tastes fresh (although it does not taste as good as it was several years ago when this branch firstly opened - did you change your supplier?). It is unfortunate that the prices have gone up quite a lot the past few years, most noticeably with the large sushi platters (£35->£50) which also means we’re having this much less frequently as we would rather sit in a restaurant.

Good quality sushi for the price and great sushi rice in takeaway. Guaranteed option for inexpensive and healthy lunch/dinner.

I like the appearance of the sushi. The raw fish and avocado sushi is ok but the sushi rice and the pickled veggies is very acidic!

Used to be good. The fishes are now really thin. I gave a star for freshness and getting the rice right, but the fishes are lacking. Also, they don't do my favourite Tuna Tartare any more.
