Easily one of the best decisions I’ve made in my fertility journey so far. Charlotte is so kind, knowledgeable and very professional. She has often gone above and beyond in our sessions which I’m very grateful for. I walk out of our sessions feeling zen and refreshed. I highly recommend! Having not had very many natural periods ever, suffering with endometriosis and beginning to feel unwell. I visited Charlotte who was very warm and understanding. She got to work quickly and I left the room feeling positive, no more than forty minutes later I had a very healthy natural period! I immediately booked in to see her again to see if we can figure out my hormone imbalance together. My only regret is, I didn’t visit her sooner.

I decided to Google local places that use acupuncture and this clinic came up with the best reviews and from my research had specialists with the most experience. Upon my first appointment, I was introduced to the acupuncturist who asked me a series of question to understand my symptoms. She then used that knowledge to work on a treatment plan based on acupuncture spots deemed best to treat my condition. Each follow up I was asked questions to ascertain progress and then treated accordingly. Would recommend.

Charlotte’s soothing voice, experience and techniques are a welcome break in my day when I have a appointment. The clinic is a calm and relaxing space. She listens, explains and helps you feel relaxed and at ease. I have noticed a positive change both physically and mentally after a relatively short time. I am grateful in finding her to help me on my journey and look forward to seeing what future sessions bring! I would definitely recommend.

I've been going to Charlotte around 10 weeks now. I remember the very first session when I first turned up I was actually having a panic attack. She was such a lovely lady spoke to me untill I calmed down, we then begun this journey of healing. I was having problems with anxiety, panic attacks, stomach issues, acid reflux and sleeping. I had almost lost a stone in weight and I'm not big person im very slim. After 10 sessions I have gained back 10lbs and been enjoying food again and not experiencing the stomach issues I was having. My anxiety and sleeping went from experiencing it almost everyday to literally maybe every couple of weeks which is such an improvement. I have a couple more sessions left but going forward I would like to still continue with it because it's changed my life.

I would highly recommend Charlotte. Being new to acupuncture I didn't know what to expect, and Charlotte was hugely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. She is so calm and kind, and knows instinctively when you might need to talk about something or need some space. I find her sessions hugely relaxing, calming and soothing.

Charlotte has been attentive, thorough and very kind during the trying process that is IVF. She went out of her way to be there around the key dates and saw me at 9pm the day before the transfer, even though that conflicted with her travel plans. I would highly recommend Charlotte as a professional in her field and a hugely supportive person to have on your side during this process.

I highly recommend this place - Charlotte has been super helpful since I started acupuncture and she hasn’t only focused on helping me with Acup but also with my overall fertility journey. I’ve just received hormone test results and after making food and lifestyle changes like Acup I’ve seen such an improvement. Also I’ve noticed I’m much less stressed since doing fertility acupuncture so very grateful!
