Dropped by after seeing Benmores on Google Maps and walked out with 5 full ottoman sets purchased. Excellent experience from sales to delivery, everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. Good quality beds and mattresses, a month later, we are still pleased with our diamond and garnet mattresses and ottomans.

The whole experience has been excellent and I can’t recommend Benmores more highly. The sales process was great, really knowledgeable and friendly man, delivery times short and the installation was smooth and quick. The guys carried the bed upstairs, installed and left all in about 10 minutes. Bed is really well made, really comfortable. Chuffed with my new bed and recommend to everyone. Thanks a lot guys.

If you need a new bed, furniture or sofas then look no further, just go and visit Benmores Bed Club in Welling. We kitted our entire bedroom from their store and they were so friendly and helpful, they even offered to store the bedroom furniture until we had finished decorating free of charge. The delivery men were amazing and put the furniture where we wanted it and took all of the rubbish away with them. They checked every item for damage as well - of course there wasn't any. I've purchased two bed sets and a wardrobe from Benmores - A double and Super king. The entire process was extremely smooth with no issues, from browsing up until delivery and installation. Harry and Paul are the most lovely owners and would highly recommend this place for your beds and furniture. The two delivery men were also extremely friendly, quick and efficient.

I have been using Benmores for many years now for beds and bedroom furniture firstly at my old old house and new beds again when we moved a couple of years ago. We always get fabulous service from Benmores and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and their personal service is something you rarely get in shops these days. When my granddaughter needed a bed and bedroom furniture very recently, we went to Benmores again and she ordered a bed and bedroom furniture. She was so pleased with them and also that they came much quicker than she expected. Free delivery and furniture/ bed assembly too! Thank you Harry and Paul for your excellent service !

We visited Benmores Beds in Welling during September looking for a replacement mattress. We started with the big retailers as you do. We never felt that our needs took priority over a sale so we went to Benmores Beds and straight away felt a difference in the atmosphere within the store. After a while of checking for comfort and price we were approached by Paul who asked if he could help in any way. He directed us to a couple of mattresses that he thought would suit. He told us to try them out and take our time. I explained that a few minutes on a mattress couldn't tell us what we needed to know about the comfort. He told us to take the time we needed as there’s no rush and if we need to come back at any time and test the comfort then please do so. We had been drawn to a particular mattress that we kept going back to. So, we left and came back the next day and tried the mattress again. We are so grateful for their kindness and consideration we now have the mattress of our choice. Approximately three weeks later we are extremely happy with our purchase. So, thank you Paul, Harry and the delivery men. We would not hesitate to return and definitely would recommend.

Great place to buy a bed/mattress, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Situated on the local high street they have a large variety of beds and mattresses and parking is available nearby. Ordering is very simple online, within two weeks of ordering received a phone saying my bed was ready to be delivered. When the bed was delivered the delivery men were really friendly, well manned, polite and very helpful. They put up the bed very efficiently and took all packaging away too. Very glad that I bought locally and so happy with the service that I received, especially surprised when I received a little thank you card from the store it was so lovely. Bed is really comfortable. I definitely recommend shopping locally and helping small businesses, definitely appreciate and love the quality of the bed even more ☺️ thank you x
