Poor communication and a failure to deliver led me to cancel my order. Here's what happened: I placed an order on 9th February for products listed as 'in stock'. After 6 days, nothing had arrived and I'd heard nothing from the company. I sent an email on 15th February to inquire as to why they hadn't been delivered, but received no response. I subsequently called the company a couple of days later and was told one of the items I'd ordered wasn't in stock, but someone would look into it and call me back. Two days later, no one had called back, so I called again to be told the items were due back in stock later that week and they'd be delivered to me on Friday. When nothing had arrived by the following Monday (17 days since the original order), I called again and was told the items still weren't in stock and they didn't know when they would be. I cancelled my order. At no point during the 17 day process did the company make an attempt to contact me to let me know the items were out of stock or that they weren't going to be delivered in the timeframe indicated.

When I ordered 2 bulbs from lamps spec they assured me my order would be delivered by fedex on friday 31st August when it had not arrived by 17.10pm I rang and was told it was out on the wagon and they had until 18.00pm to deliver., needless to say my order did not arrive . no one was available to help. I am very disappointed as work was organised to take place over the weekend which has wasted every ones time.

Very good - I received delivery on schedule and well packaged. I had made a mistake on my order and they were very helpful with everything. Will use them again.

Ordered 3 times from here! Once was perfect. Second time bulb was faulty and had to be returned, so we ordered another one. That too was faulty and we were accused of lying, even though I had proof to show this.

I ordered from their website. When one orders from a website, the normal assumption is the item is in stock. Not here!! Chased the order after 2 weeks, and they said they were waiting for it to arrive from their supplier. Had an email about a week later saying they were posting it, but still took another week to arrive. So we had to put up with a very dark kitchen for a month

2nd light bulb order. Speedy and very well packed. Very happy and would use again.
