The hotel was closed but did not send us a notification until an 1.5 later when we almost got there (took a lot of husstle with train and luggage). They did cancel the charge but we were left without a place to sleep at that night due to nothing else open in the area. Waisted time to get there and it took an effort to get out of this whole in the wall too. Very bad experience
