He was able to provide me with the former on time for a graduation, and the ring 2 weeks later. The jewellery is lovely, and is of a high quality. This is a small family shop with BIG BIG BIG customer care . Mr. Rahul and Ruchji are really nice, polite and patience with customers and take time to listen to your needs . It doesn’t end there . They made some bespoke items for my friend and the craftsmanship and finishing was very impressive. High standard ! What also really impress me is When designing items for you , they design the item in CAD and show you the item before making item. Definitely the place to visit . I ordered a bespoke ring from Raina Jewels. Rahul and Ruchi are friendly, polite and really easy to work with. I was sent a CAD deaign to approve beforehand and the ring was made as per my requests within the timeframe agreed. Overall very pleased and will be recommending to friends and family!

A great family jewellers. Owners are extremely helpful and accommodating, and their prices are unbelievably good considering the high quality/carat of jewellery on offer (especially if you compare with high street jewellers).
