I visited last week Saturday at 5.14pm and would never visit again .Upon arrival, the sales assistant at the door was miserable looking and followed me around the shop. I noticed that she spoke with other customers and they were not treated the same . I can only assume due to my ethnicity ,i was racially profiled .I did purchase an item from the shop and the cashier was also very rude and aggressive .I will never visit again

Good stock and nice staff

The shop has a variety of items, however the customer service is very poor. One of the women (think the the shop manager sounding a bit Australian) lacks any sort of customer service. She is rude and behaves as if she made you a favour that she is selling you the products. Also, witnessed her making one of the customers feel guilty for returning an item, even though the receipt clearly states you are allowed to return goods within certain time frame, she made her feel as she commited some kind of crime, and to never dare to return anything again... all the people in the store were shocked with her behaviour. Someone should definitely look into employing someone more customer friendly.
