Frank was incredible the whole event went amazingly. This is my first ever time hiring a bouncy castle/soft play and I’d use Frank for every event I ever do. Thank you all SO much! You made the day run so smoothly. 10/10 highly Recommend and have done to all my friends x thanks again Frank!

Frank provided excellent service and was punctual and courteous. For my daughter's 10th birthday, I rented it out. The kids had a great time, and no one wanted to leave to go get lunch.

Needed a last minute booking and found Lucky Castles. They accommodated us, arrived on time to setup, and also collected it on time and their communication throughout was great. Everyone enjoyed the sumo costumes thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this company!

This is the first time we have hired a bouncy castle and soft play from Lucky castles and were very happy with the service we received. From the outset communication was great. The bouncy castle and soft play was very clean and well looked after. Frank and Suzanne were very polite and made sure we were happy with everything at delivery, taking their time to set things up and answer any questions. Again at pick up, they gave plenty of notice so we were aware of when we had to be ready. I have used 2 other companies for bouncy castles and have found Luckycastles by far the best. The best value and a credit to their profession. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them wholeheartedly!

Hired a bouncy castle yesterday, so easy to hire, done the booking and payment online very easily! The bouncy castle arrived early and was set up fast, and on collection again done quickly, the staff are very friendly. Will definitely be ordering in the future again, definitely worth the price! :)
