I have been having regular (monthly) massages with Mike for at least 3 years after trying different masseurs before him. After using Mike for the first time I felt that I had finally found the masseur to stick with! I suffer from neck and shoulder tension-related pain which has in the past been debilitating, forcing me to take time off work and landing me in A&E on one occasion. Mike has been invaluable in getting me to a point where my shoulders and neck issues are manageable and no longer debilitating. He sorts me out every time! I go for the deep tissue massage, Mike is very thorough and understands exactly where the parts to work with are each time. He seems to know intuitively how much pressure to apply but he also listens if you ask him to go a little lighter or deeper. So I found out about Mike 3years ago, I had tried a chiropractor, acupuncture and a couple other things to soothe my intense neck pains (before I was diagnosed with nerve damaged) came across Mike through a chiropractor, and honestly it was such a brilliant choice. He went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable, safe and respected. And as I women I hold being safe to high esteem; I got the deep tissue massage for one hour and it was something I could STILL feel four days later, like so amazing and worth the price point. I took his card and recently booked my mum in for a Mother’s Day treat, she loved every second of it, I genuinely can’t fault our experience. Thanks to Mike, I came with a strained trap, whiplash, fybromyalgia, hyper-mobility, a spinal injury and a connective tissue disorder. I was looking specifically for someone who specialises in therapeutic massage to help as I get recurring injuries due to the fact that I had just read an article about such treatments. Of all the therapists I spoke to, Mike took the time to really understand my case as it is complicated. I have never had a massage before not professionally - and I think I found Mike at the right time. We talked about my conditions, restrictions and what I wanted from the session. As I was in the midst of that recurring trap strain we worked on this the first week and then today, it was a wider area massage on my whole body and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so good. Ladies please don’t worry about the fact that Mike is a guy, he’s very friendly and approachable, and immediately I felt safe in his presence and today a few times I almost fell asleep and I find it tremendously hard to relax, so this is a minor miracle! I work a very busy job and I’m coming once a week for as long as I can as I’ve honestly never been so relaxed and pain free as I am now. I’ve been going to Mike every 7-10 days for nearly six months now and I think he’s a star. He listens carefully to everything – what you said last time; where the problems are; what you’re feeling like today; whether you need really deep tissue massage or a lighter more soothing session . You can chat happily or relax into healing silence. After the very first session I was more flexible than I had been for ages. Expect a combination of real professional expertise and unhurried friendliness. Plus an ace appointment system.

Mike has saved my life. Im a 58 yr old builder who thought he was stuck with a stiff back for life. After about 4 sessions with him I am a new man with free movement and no more pain. I now carry on seeing Mike weekly for general maintenance, to go deeper into various muscles and because I just love the relaxing experience. He has a wonderful manner. He is really thoughtful and conscientious and generally wants people to get what THEY want out of their session with him. I think about him daily now as I move about with ease. Great guy.

I had some shoulder and neck pain that I think were related to a new working from home set up, and I started researching therapists in Walthamstow to try and sort it out. I chose Mike on the strength of other Google reviews and I'm so glad I did. I've so far had two deep tissue massage sessions, and felt so much looser and better afterwards. The original pain hasn't returned at all. He was great at checking and adjusting the pressure and working on the parts that were really tight. Ill certainly be seeing him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for massage services in the area.

My mum lives local and in a lot of pain with her shoulders from arthritis and polymalgia, so just thought try anything to relieve her pain. So just tried mike out and omg her pain has gone after a course of treatment. She can manage now without her pain patch from the drs. Fantastic, she’s 89 years old. Thank you Mike x
