I have used Care Optics since 2011 - I have used this friendly local optometrist Jig for regular updates and specialist advice. The showroom is in Woodford Broadway has a large selection of frames (glasses and sunglasses). My new fabulous Tom Ford prescription sunglasses give my eyes a break from contact lenses when it is sunny and I pick up my daily disposable contact lenses every 3 months. My children have their NHS eye tests regularly here too. I highly recommend this family run business for caring about our eyes and the high level of customer service. Try them!

Visited for a MECS (minor eye conditions service) appointment due to a red eye for 24 hours. I called at 10:20 and was booked in for an appointment at 11:00. Super punctual and streamlined service from start to finish including a prescription from the optometrist!! Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. I’ve been to the eye casualty at the local hospital and waited 8+ hours before, so this service was perfect and saved me a lot of time 💯

My little one needed an eye test after being discharged from the hospital. First time for us here and the staff were really welcoming. Great service, really helpful and friendly. My son was also given a sticker for all his hard work 😊 I would recommend parents to give them a try! In regards to covid-19, it feels safe. The staff wore masks, had overalls on (whilst getting the eye test done) and wiping equipment before using it.

Customer service is excellent, came in with broken glasses and was repaired for free in less than 10 minutes. Very good facilities and staff, 100% would recommend

For me, it's definitely the best optician where we've been. My son has strong diopters and no one explained to me what kind of frames he needs. Thanks to the doctor here, we got rid of the "tick" in the head, because now it looks good through the glasses. Yes, the price of the glasses was higher, but there is nothing to complain about - after all, it is about my child's health.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The examination was exceedingly thorough. You weren't rushed or made to think things were taking too much time. All questions answered. And Sunhil, who booked our appointments and gave us our new glasses, was so friendly, made us feel very welcome and she worked with quiet efficiency and always with a smile. I always recommend this opticians to everyone.

CareOptics provide professional service every time I have been there for my children's eye test/ prescription glasses and lenses. Staff is friendly and we feel looked after. they always remind us of our appointment. Definitely would recommend them.
