    The worst McDonalds in London, surely?     i was expecting to enter into a big branch but it was small. also none of the cold drinks are available to be ordered, as well as the ice creams. i asked a staff why, she just said the machine is not working. That's a surprise for a brand new branch! It's a fast food and the service needs to be quick but why they never greet the customers, whenever they serve?

    On my first visit it was quite busy, but the staff was just chatting around so not impressed. Lots of college kids so they’re definitely prioritising their buddies. Long wait for the food especially when you’re on a time schedule..

    Unfortunately much like the rest of the reviews. The staff are just a bunch of teens that have no clue what they are doing. Communication is terrible and there is no accountability when issues are raised from customers. It wasn't even busy but they had 4 separate customers waiting 40 minutes for some simple breakfast orders. Unfortunately couldn't get a refund for the wait because the manager was just hiding and playing with his tablet. Honestly embarrassing experience. I will always remember a quote from one of the staff telling me " it's a 50/50 chance that either your food or hot drinks will be cold because they never get made at the right times but that's just the process we have". Joking aside this completely ruined my Saturday morning and I won't be going to this branch again

    I recently had an unfortunate experience at McDonald's Colliers Wood. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of the food and the environment. The food I received had an unpleasant chemical taste, particularly noticeable in the Sprite drink which was undrinkable. It not only affected my enjoyment of the meal but raised concerns about the ingredients and preparation standards. The lack of freshness and flavor left a lasting negative impression. Moreover, the restaurant itself was surprisingly tiny, contributing to a cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere. It's disheartening when a familiar fast-food chain falls short in terms of both taste and ambiance. I hope this feedback reaches the management and serves as a constructive critique. As a customer, I believe it's essential to highlight areas that need improvement, and I genuinely hope that my experience was an isolated incident.

    The staff doesn’t have a clue what food they have and what is sold out. They haven’t got milkshake ever since they opened. The baby change facility was also unaccessible for some reason. Safe to say I will not be back here.

    By far the worst mcdonalds iv even been to, i waited 35 minutes for 2 stakehouse STACK burgers got home and both burgers had only 1 patty in each absolutely terrible. All a bunch of kids standing around chatting and dont know what they are doing. Never going here again

    Shocking. I don’t expect Gourmet from a McDonalds but the staff are so incompetent. Order a double cheese burger with no ketchup and mustard, gets a double cheeseburger with just ketchup. Food is lukewarm. Slow service, waiting 10-15 minutes behind all the other customers also waiting. Slow, lazy and stupid. For years i’ve wanted a local McDonalds and tbh I wont be returning.

    It would be better to have staff that understood English and were familiar with UK currency. Gave my daughter £3.49 exactly of a happy meal and it took the lady and her supervisor about 5 to 10 mins to count and add together 2 X £1, 2 X 50p, 2 X 20p, 3 X 2p and 3 X 1p..... they need about 4 people to confirm what a 50pence piece was...... Been there several times and each time they have never had the fish burger available. First time I went the chips were stale. Owning the franchise and only employing your own workers has not worked here. Same as the local KFC too. Staff were friendly, but useless... need to start employing some staff who know McDonalds too and what the company is all about.

    It's very small inside, thought it would be a lot bigger, given the restaurant that used to be there. Also thought they may have had some kind upstairs seating. Lots of people standing around waiting for orders. But, good to have a McDs near by now. Just could've been designed better. Second visit today, unbelievable! The amount of people waiting for their food. There is no system at all, no real wait area - everyone standing around just hoping their number will be called. The screen doesn't work to show if your order has been processed. Staff in the back arguing about orders, no leadership or management at all. Go back to the old way of ordering at the counter.

    I ordered a meal got it after 25 minutes. The numbers after me got there good before. My coke was completely flat and had a taste of oasis. The workers are not trained to a standard. I would rather recommend you to go oldfields road or north cheam.

    Well was excited for this place to open, but apparently staff can't even follow simple instructions for food amendments on day one when it isn't busy. The chips were litterally stale. I've never had chip's that bad from any Mc Donald's. ** 13/12/2023 Update: I came in today and waiting 45 minutes for a basic order only for my items to be wrong, and to see my order (when questioning a member of staff when they were handing out orders 20+ numbers after my order number) sitting there ready to be handed out, only to overhear a manager say to the member of staff to prioritise delivery orders. How can this be justified when my food was ready and waiting and upon being handed over to me, cold and incorrect! You could tell other people were in the same situation, as I overheared another customer saying to a member of staff they had waiting 40 minutes for two apple pies among many other rightfully disgruntled customers. Utter shambles of service **

    Today I had a dinner in this restaurant. It was amazing. Kindly stuff, cleanliness is high level! I got a fresh and tasty meal.

    Very good place to go to get something quick to eat. But, as with many McDonald's places,the atmosphere isn't always it should be, but the service is good and the food is well done.
