Great place. Fast, professional, family business, very caring, great range of products. I’ve been with Specsavera 20 years but will never go back after trying these guys. Brilliant new varifocals for me and they helped a very nervous relation get through an eye test they were apprehensive about. They even fixed my old spec savers pair so I could use as a spare.

Everyone is an expert in their part of the process. The technology is bang up-to-date and hence the testing cannot be bettered. There's always an excellent selection of stylish glasses and I’m really happy with my new pair. The customer service is second to none!

I took my son to get his first eye examination. The optometrist was kind and patient making the whole experience for my son fun. He was extremely child centred, making him feel comfortable. He was detailed and informative making sure as a parent I was educated in understanding the process. The receptionist and other members of the team were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend as a choose for a family opticians.

Mujtaba is so friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything really clearly. He gave me space to ask lots of questions and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. They even sent me images of my eye afterwards! The treatment I received overall was truly exceptional and exceeded what I would expect from a standard eye test.
