Hopeless service , If I could give minus one star I would do it

Very rude doctor, refused to help me, and had me in tears. Then, he wrote that I'm aggressive all over my medical record. (Which I was not) I spoke to the receptionist, who advised me to write to the practice manager. I did and requested this entry to be removed from my medical records. However, she sided with the doctor and completely disregarded all of my concerns. This used to be a very good practice, I have been a patient here for over twenty years, with no issues. But in the last few years, it has gone completely downhill, displaying no duty of care to their patients. I am very disappointed in the service they're currently offering and would not recommend this place to anyone. You'd be very lucky to get an appointment, and if you do, you'll find the staff to be very impatient and rude!!

Terrible service, reception staff so rude. It was my first time going here and I tried to check-in using the self service machine, it told me I was unable to check-in and to go to reception. I stood there for ages waiting for the receptionist to come to the front even though she saw me, I told her I have an appointment and she just tapped the screen very aggressively above me and said ‘look here, go upstairs’ she was pointing to a sign that said ‘appointments upstairs’ even though there was a contradicting sign next to it which said to use the self service to check-in for appointments, which then told me to speak to the receptionist.

Thy are not answering phone call during emergency illness evan Telephone booking appointment is poor I thing they need improving the service emergency appointment telephone ☎️ bookings if continuing with same service for pertinent poor conditions its bad for pertinent and specially for children need to change clinic staff is lizzy

This Practise is a complete waste of time. Every excuse under the sun as to why they cant help you promptly! Next available appointment is 3 weeks away Sir, if its an Emergency call 111.

Unable to speak to a person, I tried an emergency appointment which was not available, the automatic phone system offered speaking to someone as an option but it sent me back to the start. I went round in circles.
