Recently had to replace both our integrated dishwasher and washing machine at the same time. Mark was really helpful in running through some potential options, at different price points, and printed out some details for me to read through and make a decision. I liked that there was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions there and then. I returned later that day to place the order, and was able to specify a time slot for installation. On the installation day, the delivery van turned up on time along with Steve the installer - all were really polite and helpful, and Steve did a great job removing the old appliances and connecting the new, fitting the doors and adjusting the kick boards as necessary. Overall, I was really pleased with the prices and service from Budget Appliances, and appreciated being able to use a small local business rather than a big chain. Would definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend this shop highly enough! We purchased a washing machine, tumble dryer, and stacking kit plus removal of old machines plus installation and the price was extremely competitive and reasonable - you wont find cheaper elsewhere. But beyond price, the quality of the service was honesly the best around. From the moment we first went to the shop to get advice, to the absolutely smooth installation we were 100% satisfied. There was a small wait time for the tumble dryer to be recieved into store and they were fab at keeping us up to date. Dont be put off by the plain and simple exterior - these guys know what they're doing!

My oven had packed in and Budget appliances was recommended to me by a cooker engineer. I was reluctant to approach them as normally get my electricals from John Lewis because of the excellent customer service. However how wrong was I. From the start dealing with Richard at Budget Appliances whose customer service was exemplary I was amazed. He took time to explain the different models and pricing I wanted in terms of the brand, which l reviewed without leaving my house online. He sorted out the payments and logistics fantastically. I was really impressed by this local organisation right to the point of delivery. Brilliant service which included a cheap delivery charge, take away service and well scheduled delivery slots!!!

Pete and Mark have been unbelievably helpful - I had to buy lots of appliances for a brand new kitchen: fridge, sink, double oven, microwave and taps - and they helped me choose everything. When I wanted to change a few things they were very accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough especially if you need a bit of help with it all and not sure what you want. I went in feeling pretty stressed and came out relaxed and happy! Thanks guys!

Have been buying from here for a number of years, excellent service & prices, and on the odd occasion when we had a problem they have be great in getting it fixed. Delivery is also very well managed, will indicate a time and call you before to confirm. Highly recommended

It was by chance that I came across this store. I am extremely happy I did and have purchased my first appliance and intend on buying more. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and give you time to go over and discuss your options. Ensuring what you purchase is the ideal colour, size and features for your kitchen space. There's on-site parking and some of the roads which are a short walking distance away offer free parking. This is the fourth appliance we have bought from Budget Appliances of Beckenham over the years. The oven we wanted couldn't be delivered before Christmas and Mark helpfully suggested another upgraded model, which was in stock. The oven was delivered and installed at the agreed time on Saturday and the installer was professional and really helpful. We're really happy with the appliance and want to thank Mark and the team for resolving the delivery issues quickly. Highly recommend them.

My dishwasher died just before Christmas and it was suggested I contact this company. They had the new machine I wanted in stock and offered to deliver and install (for a fee) on January 2nd. I was told I would get an exact timing 2 days before. I duly got the time (9-9.30) and sure enough the installer arrived at 09.10 and the new machine shortly afterwards. 90 minutes later I had my new washer installed and working. All very painless (apart from the 10 days we had to wash the plates by hand!).
