I was suffering from really serious back pain that made it impossible to look after my baby or to work (I’m self employed). I honestly started to feel like I was becoming depressed after being helpless and in pain for so long. One of my friends recommended Back I’m Balance and After just one session with Alpesh I felt MUCH better - it didn’t hurt the next day at all! Alpesh used a really diverse approach, mixing a clinical massage with hot stones and accupuncture - it’s honestly amazing. He has healing hands and a totally holistic approach. I visited Alpesh at Back in Balance following a severe back injury where I was unable to walk. Luckily Alpesh kindly got me into the clinic within 2 hours of calling. I have received incredible treatment and was able to become more mobile and comfortable within days thanks to the treatments provided. Not only is Alpesh a fantastic therapist he also offers great advice on health & wellbeing as well as being professional, friendly, approachable and someone who makes you feel comfortable when you are in severe pain. He also provides very useful home car advice and an exercise programme. The treatment room is a relaxing and a calm place located close to Eden Park Station. Not only do you get outstanding treatment but the sessions are also excellent value for money. Each session is 1 hour with acupuncture included. Following research many other clinics allow 1 hour for the first session and then only 30 minutes for any follow up sessions with acupuncture an additional cost. Would highly recommend Alpesh and Back in Balance, thank you!

Alpesh is a such a great human! He is truly am amazing at his profession, value for money 100%, offers personalised care and treatment, lovely, clean and relaxing therapy room. Uses lovely music, aromas, and great conversation to give you a great experience. This guy has got me better like no body else, I’ve been crippled, unable to work and function with normal life and I can guarantee you will leave his treatment room feeling so much more happier and healthier. He has great manipulation techniques, amazing and gentle with acupuncture, and great with massage. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area. Very accommodating with times and availability too. Just sensational at his job, truly healing hands!

I visited Back in Balance Clinic with chronic lower back pain that had been going on for over a month. I was also suffering from significantly reduced mobility and flexibility likely brought on by bad posture. After only a couple of sessions I was very pleasantly surprised to find my pain gone and my flexibility back to normal. Highly recommended if you have any type of pain !

I went to see Alpesh at Back in Balance. My lower back was a mess, I had wrenched it. I could not move properly. After the first session he got me moving enough so I could get to the office the next day. He then gave me a slot the very next day so he could keep working on my back. This allowed me to make some important meetings. His ability to respond and give a great treatment plan really made the difference. I’ve also been able to make an important international trip, had I not seen him it’s likely I would have had to reschedule. Go see him if you are in pain.

Having a desk job, my lower back was getting worse every day. I am really pleased how Alpesh managed to loosen my back just after the first session and gave me some valuable exercise tips for me to carry on after I have finished the sessions. Would highly recommend.

Last week, I have been to Back in Balance with my 7 years old daughter because of her medical condition called torticollis, and the result was amazing. After five days of bad pain from a twisted neck and worries that come in a situation like this, my little girl got back in balance almost immediately, just the morning after her first physiotherapy session.
