It's better to save your money and get some solid gold jewellery. The prices are not cheap here and its not very long at all before all the gold colour has rubbed off

The jewelry in this shop is lovely but not high quality. I bought a bracelet from here which was not cheap (£25) and it broke after two wears. I went back and asked for a refund / replacement but they told me because it had been more than a month that they wouldn't do this. I explained that the consumer rights act requires shops to refund/ replace faulty items but the woman disagreed with me and refused to give me one, saying their store policy overrode this. Would not recommend after this experience.

Lovely jewellery but my bracelet broke/lost the charms after a month. Got some lovely earrings but lost one after the second wear- very loose catches.

Had a necklace from here, I’ve had it for less than a month, it’s already gone black and all the gold has come off. Don’t buy from here. Very disappointed as I really liked it.

Worst customer service here today! The lady working at the store was extremely rude and had bad attitude. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t have manners.
