Really impressed. I wanted to support a local business rather than a big chain and I’d read some really positive reviews about the Optical Gallery, so I thought I’d give them a try. Their shop is lovely, the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were super efficient and there was a very large range of frames to choose from at varying prices. They have a good reminder service and ran on time to scheduled appointments. I would definitely use them again.

I popped into The Optical Gallery as I had an issue with my glasses. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from them. They fixed my glasses, cleaned them and no charge. I am not a registered customer with them but will be using them from now on, so much nicer having a local optician offering a more personalised service.

Brilliant service - the nose pad on my glasses broke and was digging in so I popped in on the off chance that something could be done with the expectation I would have to leave them with them. But within a few mins they were fully fixed. I will certainly be going back and using them for all my future glasses needs.
