The
service
I
was
given
by
Vanessa
was
amazing
as
these
days
to
have
any
customer
service
is
a
rarity
these
days
unfortunately.
She
was
polite,
friendly
and
exceptionally
respectful
and
wish
all
shops
had
people
as
such
!
unfortunately
some
of
my
items
were
not
accepted
due
to
not
having
receipts
(even
though
some
of
the
jewellery
was
over
30years
old
and
from
the
royal
family
in
Nepal
from
my
late
auntie)
so
not
sure
why
this
was
the
reason
so
make
sure
you
take
receipts
despite
the
time
frame
or
unfortunately
it
will
not
be
valued
also
my
other
items
were
given
a
higher
value
at
a
smaller
pawn
shop
in
Waterloo.
But
she
made
it
a
worth
while
visit
besides
the
waste
of
time
with
my
items.

Also
the
shop
opens
at
9.30am
and
not
9am
as
Google
states
so
don't
get
there
too
early
lol

stars
but
due
to
my
experience
with
the
above
is
why
I
have
given
3
stars
