😠 Very unprofessional, awful workers they would rather let people kill themselves then offer them support so that they could have an happier and safer life. Hoping to get support from them is like entering a dark tunnel with no end.

Rude receptionist. Not helpful at all. Unprofessional. Not bothered listening and was more worried about eating his food rather than assisting people waiting at the desk. Terrible.

Have to agree with most of the comments listed. This organisation is not providing the service it is suppose too. Lots of money being must being wasted for a service that doesn't exist. You can never get through on the phone. Appointments are always cancelled, long waiting times to even talk to someone. When someone calls, it's totally irrelevant and the person you are caring for has had a nervous breakdown or attempts suicide. This practice doesn't function or perform, staff are more worried about themselves. There is no help for mental health patients, the system is broken and always has been.

I'm currently being treated for long term depression and psychological illness at the Nightingale Centre. My CPN has been highly supportive to me for the past 4 years now and recommended me to an organisation known as SMART which is located at the back of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. There I managed to meet others going through alot conflicting emotions and other mental related illnesses too. Sometimes though, when I make any appointments, the only drawback is that sometimes I never get any notification if my CPN is in or not and then have to rearrange another appointment? Other than that it's fine with just a minor amendments to be made in parts.

This is the place to be to have a pinata party of talking therapies and antipsychotics post trauma and chronic abuse where you can meet like minded people that have some blind faith in the Mental Health System and stay connected to people. I highly recommend this space and give it FIVE stars for abused Starseeds that need to have a break.
