Horrible service… I bought a pack of 6 sections, due to the corona virus the clinic was never able to do the treatment, I managed to reschedule in December, they had time only for February, but one day before I received a message saying that it would not be possible to attend to me, and im trying to contact them and no one reply me…

I went to 9 laser sessions and I didn't see any results, maybe I only saw10 or 20% results, I lost both my time and my fee, and I have to start all over again somewhere else, it's a shame that they don't accept any responsibility. I do not recommend there to anyone.

Hi ladies, just like some of you, I've been contacting them for some times now. No response. I paid for laser sessions as well, but haven't completed them yet.

Paid for 6 sessions, no one answer or reply to phone calls or emails. Asked for a refund and nothing until today. Rubbish.

I would highly recommend Chelsea Skin and Laser. I had laser treatment there, the therapist was very friendly, the prices were great and treatment was very effective :-)
