Felt like a new man after months of aches in back and shoulder. Doctor just wanted me to take pain killers, physio only wanted me to do my own exercises. Chris is great and very happy to recommend him to others who want to feel free, flexible and youthful again!

I’ve been coming to see Chris since the beginning of this year with chronic back pain. I really struggled with daily tasks & needed to use crutches. Chris has really helped me get my life back on track & helping me gain my confidence back. I no longer need crutches or medication to get through my day. He has been so lovely during my sessions & really taken the time to get to know me & helping me to understand my injury, also offering ways to help myself in my day to day life. I highly recommend !

I have been attending Chris' practice for many years for a reoccurring sciatica/back problem. Chris is very professional, polite and friendly and puts you immediately at ease. A recent flare up and back for treatment. Honestly, after treatment I am able to move more freely and without pain.

I went yesterday as I’ve had a lot of pain in my arm, neck and shoulder recently and all my GP has been doing is prescribing more and stronger painkillers. Gotta admit I was quite apprehensive about going but Chris put me at ease within about a minute of talking to him. He’s a nice bloke and knows his stuff as I left there feeling both physically and mentally better than I have done for weeks.

I have seen Chris for my long reoccurring back issue ( sciatica/nerve damage ) for over a year now. It's done me a world of good, each session reinvigorates and reduces pain whilst bringing me back to feel some kind of normal. Absolutely fantastic guy who makes you feel welcome no matter the world issues.
