    I use them for everything They are my favorite!! Heather, Monica, Kim, Jaclyn,Jacqueline, Dr Ruthanne, Dr Lester, Dr. Dana , and all the ladies and guys are the absolute best!oh and Monica is a glittery sunshine that makes the visits enjoyable!!

    I’ve recently started visiting ky family practice, because I was so dissatisfied with any other doctors offices in London. This location offers a friendly hospitable staff, always willing to answer any questions or concerns about paperwork or anything involving your visit. The atmosphere is absolutely filled with kindness and understanding. Heather, was an absolute delight, as well as the rest off the staff. This practice has met my needs for a family doctors office, above and beyond.

    10 stars out of 5 made me feel so welcome and gave me a wonderful recommendation. The staff here is so very friendly and will make you feel very welcome. Angel is very kind and deserves a raise !

    Only giving one star because its the bare minimum option. They told me not to bring my 4 1/2 month old son in to be seen if he was sick (hes running a high fever and crying) because they didn't want him in the waiting room bc they have elderly patients. I'd think twice before bringing your children here!

    Friendly wait staff, will answer any questions that you might have about appointments, necessary tests, etc etc. Doctor is well informed and communicates plainly about any diagnoses they give and steps forward. Timely and flexible scheduling with Telehealth option available during the past year where exposure to others is not the healthiest option.
