Gem of a place! The recent interior upgrade together with excellent mechanical venting of the kitchen is an improvement. The dining area is much more roomy and there is a bar! Fuss-free food - we always come here for the grilled chicken with salad (awesome dressing). Portuguese coffee and a nata is a must, to finish off your meal

Good portions, definitely come here when you’re hungry as this is hearty food. Nice fries and freshly prepared salad. The highlight was the grilled chicken, charred flavours came through and yet juicy. The special lemon sauce was delightful. Picanha was cooked nicely and the meal was very filling with the addition of the rice, beans and fries. Friendly service and offered some suggestions at the start. Worth a visit if you’re in the area. 🇵🇹

What a GEM of a place! Me and my partner are both portuguese and this was by far the best portuguese food we've had in London! Everything from the prawns to the main event which was the steak skewers were perfectly cooked and so tasty! This will definitely be a regular place for us!

I couldn’t love this place more. Pound for pound one of my favourite restaurants ever. Incredible chicken and steak skewers, some of the most delicious prawns I’ve ever had, the insane lemon sauce. I could go on and on. Anytime I’m in london I make a point of going. I just love it

Delicious food! Francesinha is my favourite; portions are quiet big and fair prices. The owners are very nice too! Update: on my third visit quiet a disappointing service; arrived with my partner and the restaurant was empty but we were sent to a tiny table. We asked to move to a bigger one as we were hardly fitting and we been quiet rudely been told to stay where we were as bigger tables are for bigger groups. When we got our bill we were still the only people there + 2 ladies just arrived which were sent to a small table too and I could hear both disappointed about this too. It was one of the few 5* reviews I gave lately… such a shame having to get back to take one star off.

Love! Love! Love! This is how you do chicken right! It was so moist, so tender, well seasoned and just a dream. This hidden gem certainly caught our attention with its intimate space. The waitresses are so lovely, we spoke about Portugal and got some brilliant recommendations for the food at hand and travelling in Portugal all together. The meal was cheaper than I expected for the fresh quality food being produced so that was also a lovely addition. My partner finished the meal with a coffee and custard tart which took him back to Lisbon. Wonderful! This place just feel so wholesome and nice!

If you want the typical Portuguese experience this is the place for you! The food is freshly made on the time following the proper Portuguese flavours and a good selection of Portuguese wines and several other drinks. We were very well received by Daniel and we had the opportunity of meeting all the staff all of them wonderful. We definitely well be back and more often I suggest everyone to give it a try.
