Avoid!!!

another
place
to
order
food
from.
I
ordered
via
Uber
Eats
and
ordered
3
of
the
same
meal
(chicken
suqaar
and
rice)
and
only
1
of
it
arrived.
Upon
phoning,
instead
of
being
met
with
someone
whose
apologetic,
the
person
on
the
phone
is
adamant
on
being
extremely
defensive
by
not
only
claiming,
I
only
ordered
one
(without
even
checking
to
see!!!)
but
also
disputing
with
me
over
how
much
I
paid
(which
was
£56
inclusive
of
Uber
Eats
delivery,
which
he
obviously
wasn't
taking
into
account.
Regardless
of
this,
£47
wouldn't
have
been
the
price
for
1
chicken
suqaar
meal
anyway!)
After,
it
had
been
established
that
I
am,
indeed,
missing
items.
There
was
zero
apology.
Just
a
lack
of
options
and
end
of
discussion.
So
I
stated
I
would
report
this
and
ended
the
phonecall.
Couple
minutes
later,
there's
a
phonecall
by
the
uber
driver
who
was
allegedly
paid
to
drop
the
order.
But
then
the
man
from
the
store
asked
whether
I've
complained,
and
I
stated
I
had.
And
then
he
proceeded
to
get
angry
at
ME,
when
it's
HIS
NEGLIGENCE
that
we're
in
this
situation
in
the
first
place
and
then
obviously
deters
the
driver
from
delivering
the
food
as
a
driver
came
all
the
way
to
my
door,
had
a
phonecall
and
returned
back.
Even
though,
the
report
had
been
made
before
the
follow
up
call
by
the
uber
driver
(naturally
so!
I
need
to
report
to
Uber
Eats
so
I
can
get
my
money
back
OBVIOUSLY!)
Despicable
service.
Cannot
believe
this
was
from
a
muslim.
You'd
expect
better
manners
considering
you're
in
the
wrong
and
you're
the
one
providing
a
service.
Would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
And
will
never
be
purchasing
from
here
again.
Absolutely
intolerable
and
unacceptable
behaviour.
If
you
don't
like
complaints,
do
a
better
job.
You
reap
what
you
sow.
Just
avoid.
Seriously,
save
your
money
and
your
time.
