I was a tenant for 4 years managed by equiti property. We never had to wait for anything! We had a few showers break during our time and an oven, all replaced within 24 hours and nothing was ever too big of an ask for Pushpa. If your looking to rent in the area I would recommend looking here first!

Horrible agency . They discriminate against low income tenants . Reported leaks and issues in the property and they showed no interest in fixing it and told me to pay for repairs that were out of my control . They just care about getting rent payments. Pushpa is extremely rude and should not work there .
