I had my existing high street bought engagement ring revised while keeping the existing solitaire diamond. Hatton Jewels discussed with me the options and diamond types available to add more impact to my existing ring. They sent me different designs for me to consider and on collection of my new ring, it was better than I imagined. I had a budget in mind and was also pleased with the price quoted. Bought a ring from here a while ago. Gemma was excellent and very helpful throughout the process. We recently took it into be resized - they are such professionals I cannot see where the resizing took place and Gemma was able to tell me a finger size just by glancing at it.

Worst experience with your jewellery. I used your jewellery for valuation of my ring and your valuation came as a surprise to me as it was less than I had it valued couple of years back. I went ahead and valued at another prominent jeweller and valuation was carried by an IRV and as expected the valuation increased with a big amount. I sent you an email and was not convinced with all your explanation and process you have used to make the value less than what it should have been. The least you could have offered was to refund the valuation cost which you didn’t even think of . Very unprofessional and quite surprising how easy is it for your jewellery to lose customers and not to mention how unfriendly your staff is when I arrived for my first appointment. Total regret that I have used you at first place and the amount of time that gone wasted too. I would give you less than 1 star if there was . Adding: Replying to your response which I just read now- your defensive response says it all. There was no threat of whatsoever. Reviews are done if customers not happy with your service and we have all the right to not recommend you based on our experience which you still not getting. And for your info it’s not about the refund it’s about my time that is more valuable than this. I usually never write any reviews but based on our experience we had to! Thanks
